Dans notre ferme, nous avons 3 unités que nous pouvons louer séparément ainsi que tous ensemble.
Ici, nous listons l'un de nos studios pouvant accueillir 2 personnes et le prix est pour 2 personnes. Ceci est le studio attenant qui peut être attenant à l'appartement de 2 chambres, mais veuillez regarder la propriété 1419100 (notre appartement de 2 chambres) afin de louer les deux, vous pouvez louer un appartement de 3 chambres + 2 salles de bains. Nous louons les 3 unités depuis longtemps (depuis 2005) et nous avons pu collecter de nombreuses belles critiques pour toutes les unités, que vous pouvez lire dans cette liste, en fait, jusqu'à présent, nous listions les 3 unités à ce listing 108278.
Juste au cas où je voudrais vous faire connaître le prix du deuxième studio, le studio séparé est exactement le même que celui de cette petite unité.
Nous vous suggérons également de nous contacter avant de réserver car nous pouvons vous proposer une remise sur des locations plus longues et nous pouvons vous proposer un meilleur hébergement compte tenu de vos besoins!
Notre petite ferme biologique se trouve sur une colline le long de la magnifique campagne nordique de Lucques dans le hameau d'Aquilea, avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée de Valdottavo, les hauts sommets des Apennins et le parc national au loin. Nous produisons notre propre huile d'olive, cuisons notre propre pain, faisons des confitures à partir de nos propres arbres fruitiers, préparons du yaourt fait maison et de la sauce italienne classique à partir de nos propres tomates et cultivons une variété de légumes.
Notre ferme solaire et magnifiquement restaurée dispose de 3 appartements confortables et entièrement meublés qui se sentiront comme à la maison dès que vous entrerez! Chacun a sa propre entrée sur une belle terrasse où vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter des repas en plein air, y compris la pizza d'un four en brique. Dans notre piscine hors sol, vous pourrez profiter du soleil avec une vue incroyable.
Ici, nous vous proposons un studio avec cuisine, salle de bain et chambre à coucher pour 2 personnes. Une porte à côté de la chambre mène au salon du plus grand appartement. Les deux appartements peuvent être combinés en un grand appartement de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains pour 5 + 2 personnes.
Nous avons également un autre joli studio confortable au rez-de-chaussée qui n'est pas attenant aux autres, mais il est juste à côté et peut accueillir 2 personnes.

Étant donné que nos 3 appartements peuvent être loués séparément ou combinés, la mise à jour est difficile et le calendrier n'est pas toujours correct. Alors, envoyez-nous votre demande si vous êtes intéressé à séjourner dans notre ferme. De plus, nous offrons un tarif spécial, une réduction sur la location complète de la propriété.

Nous vous suggérons également de nous contacter avant de réserver car nous pouvons vous proposer une remise sur des locations plus longues et nous pouvons vous proposer un meilleur hébergement compte tenu de vos besoins!


Notre amour et notre respect de l'environnement se manifestent dans notre ferme biologique avec des animaux en liberté, des oliveraies, un potager et des arbres fruitiers. Nous utilisons des panneaux solaires pour l'eau chaude, pour aider avec le système de chauffage de la chaudière à bois et pour chauffer la piscine. Nous avons choisi une piscine hors sol et mobile car elle a moins d'impact sur l'environnement. Nous avons deux gazebos près de la piscine avec des toits photovoltaïques.

Ici, une voiture est vraiment nécessaire. Nous avons un accord spécial avec une agence de location de voitures et pouvons vous aider à louer une voiture à un prix avantageux.

Service de chauffeur: Si vous n'avez pas envie de conduire, le propriétaire ou l'un de ses proches peut être votre chauffeur et votre guide: ils peuvent venir vous chercher à la gare de Lucques ou à l'aéroport de Pise ou Florence, vous amener au ferme pour s'installer, vous aider à visiter un environnement inconnu et de belles villes toscanes.

Cours de cuisine et restauration: vous pouvez apprendre à préparer des plats italiens classiques dans notre grande cuisine de campagne et profiter de votre repas dans notre belle salle à manger. Le propriétaire parle un excellent anglais et est un cuisinier talentueux. Vous pouvez choisir le menu avec elle, décider de ce que vous souhaitez pour votre délicieuse leçon de cuisine. Si vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner, vous pourrez déguster des dîners toscans authentiques pour 25 € par personne.

Warm Farm Get Away

If you are looking for a wonderful in the country experience, visit Lella on her olive farm, Agriturismo "Abbacca-là" Apartments near Lucca She embodied the heart of Italy in her hospitality. We had many great experiences of watching the sunset over the valley, cooking lessons, learning Italian and just relaxing. We chose the Lucca area as our anchor point. It is beautiful place to visit but also close to so many other places within an hour or so; wine tasting, Cinque Terra, marble quarries, small towns, beaches as well as Siena and Firenza. The accomodations are farmhouse motif and the hospitality is warm and welcoming. The road up is very winding, but keep going. You will get there.

schöne, rustikale, kleine Ferienwohnung in altem Bauernhaus, in sehr ruhiger Lage. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ca. 20 Minuten Autofahrt über kurvige Straßen nach Lucca und zum nächsten Supermarkt.

Il casale si raggiunge inerpicandosi su una bella stradina costeggiata da piante di ulivo. La proprietaria ci ha accolto con calore e gentilezza (ci ha offerto dolci appena sfornati)e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno.L'appartamento era curato ,pulito e ben equipaggiato.Purtroppo erano giorni piovosi e non abbiamo potuto usufruire dello spazio esterno attrezzato.

We loved this location - nice place..

This was a very nice place. The family was busy with olive harvest so having meals there was not a viable option. The one meal we did have was great. If we could offer any suggestions it would be to maybe upgrade the linens. You definitely need a car for this location. It is located at the top of a very winding, hilly road. We would stay here again.

Amazing lovely place

We have been visited several locations in Italy, we have seen lots of good places in the last 15 years since we are regularly traveling around the country. But we have never arrived as a guest and leave as a friend from anywhere. This fact maybe tells everything about “Abbacca-là". We really enjoyed our few days here very much. We worked, cooked and laughed together with Lella and the whole family. Wish everybody will have such amazing experience as we had here. Oh, yes and we had never written any feedback before ever!

Loved this place!

The location and description of this property appealed to us immediately, but we were concerned about renting a car and driving the narrow mountain roads. Fortunately, our host Lella offered us the option of having her do all the driving for us! That was the perfect arrangement for our group of four ladies, exploring Tuscany without our husbands. Her response time was very fast, when we were emailing back and forth, and her English was excellent. We rented the large apartment and the adjoining smaller unit, which were very clean and comfortable with everything in good working order. The rustic stone farmhouse and surrounding countryside was charming, and so was Lella! She welcomed us into her kitchen for breakfast each morning with homemade breads, yogurt, cereals and jams from their fruit trees. This was an option we were very happy to have, as it gave us time to visit with Lella about the area, and Tuscan life in general. We also opted to have her make dinner for us on our arrival day, which she brought to our apartment that evening. We spent a couple days exploring Lucca, riding bikes on the wall, sitting in various piazzas sipping wine and sampling delicious food, and attending an evening Puccini concert at church of San Giovanni. One day, we did a road trip with Lella to Barga, past the Carrara marble quarries, through several mountain villages and on to a coastal resort town. Gorgeous scenery, with the best tour guide around. I highly recommend doing a cooking class with Lella also.......it was a highlight for us, as it was our final day at Abbacca-la. Also on our last day we hiked up to the church ruins which was challenging, but well worth the views. Lella’s customer service went above and beyond our expectations. She created a personal connection with us, treated us like we were her longtime friends, laughed with us, anticipated our needs. We all came home to Iowa with olive oil from their trees......bringing a little living part of Abbacca-la with us to savor, along with our memories. I would highly recommend this place!

A hidden gem.

Abbacca-la` is truly a hidden gem in the Lucca area. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for cooking. Speaking of cooking, Lella, the owner, instructed us how to prepare focaccia, veal appetizer, a chicken dish and dessert. Then we ate and drank wine outside enjoying the beautiful vistas. Lella and her husband also drove us when we needed transportation. I highly recommend Abbacca-la`.

Hidden Gem Outside of Lucca

I can't imagine a better place to stay near Lucca. Lella is the most gracious hostess imaginable. In our four days at Abbacca-la she truly became a friend. Having just spent four fast paced days in Florence, my girlfriends and I were eager to escape the city and experience a more relaxed area of Italy. Abbacca-la was everything we could have hoped for and more. Lella's meals were entirely home cooked and amazing. She provided transportation to Lucca for two days of exploring on our own and then spent a day driving us to remote villages and then on to the coast. The highlight of our stay was her cooking class. There aren't enough superlatives to describe our experience. I would love to go back with my family some day.

Abaccalla exceeded our expectations.

Yes, the location was accurately described, a lovely olive farm in the hills above Lucca. The property was very well clean, comfortable and well maintained. Although the photo shows the front of the building, our apartment was in the back, limiting our views of the mountains and valleys. However the patio area where we had our meals was charming with shade and blooming hydrangeas and roses. We even were able to enjoy fire flies in the evening. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. Donatella was very helpful, meeting us in Ponte Moriano, gave suggestions for day trips, Italian authors to read and local restaurants. We enjoyed restaurants and super market in Ponte Moriano. Donatella's cooking was divine. Day trips we enjoyed were to Lucca, Florence via train, Carrara, Barga, Borgo and walking up to the hillside church ruins. We also were interested in the local history of WWII. Although Abaccalla was more rustic than some places on VRBO, the price fit our pocketbooks. We are 2 couples in our early 70's.

the real Italian experience

We can only say good things about Lella's place. We regularly checked in, and the house was clean and well equipped. We had our own table in the garden where we could enjoy our dinners outside. The view is stunning. I went there by car, so it was easy for me. The place is a bit secluded, so you'll need a car of your own. Piece of advice: cooking class was really nice, and dinner afterwards was excellent! thank you Lella and Piero, we enjoyed very much! we definitely recommend this place.

This is the perfect place for vacation Agriturismo Abbaccalá and the surroundings are beautiful. The view to the Apennine mountains is great. Thank you Lella for your hospitality, kindness and letting us live at your property for 2 weeks. Everything was perfect. It was a great experience to be in Lellas cooking class. We learned how to make Pizza. We are ready to give it a try at home, well-equipped with Lellas own olive-oil and the right pizzasauce. We also loved the Tuscan dinners Lella prepared for us, served with local wine. Nearby in the Apennine mountains there are charming villages. We had a lot of fun in Orrido di Botri and it was exiting to visit Grotto di Vento (the Wind cave). With a car, you are quite near some of the highlights in northern Tuscany. Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre (Liguria) and Florence. Florence is easy to reach by train from Prato Borgonuovo, where it is easy to park your car near the station. The train takes you direct to the center. Lucca is beautiful, there are no cars in the center, rent a bike and relax, listen to Italian Opera daily in the Church of San Giovanni (you don´t have to be an Opera-fan). If you like music, you can pay a visit to the annual Lucca Festival in july and hear worldknown artists perform in the evening. Maestro Ennio Morricone and 200 musicians gave us a wonderful experience in Piazza Napoleone. Watch the program and buy your tickets on the Italian website before they are sold out. The 5 villages in Cinque Terre are amazing. We hiked from Monterosso to Vernazza and visited Manarola. The view of Vernazza from the hikingtrail was fabulous, as well as watching the fearless young people jumping from the high cliffs in the harbor of Manarola. Our trip to Cinque Terre started at the train station in La Spezia. We give Abbaccalá our best recomenndation. Lone, Allan, Mette, Claus, Agnes, Rebecca, Benedicte and Andreas from Denmark.

Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderfull time at the Agriturismo. The place is the Toscanian dream situated in the mountains with a perfect vieuw. We used the place a basis for lots of hickings in the Apenijnen and the Alpi Apuane. Lovely place!

still delightful memories a year later

We stayed here for 5 days last year and it was amazing. The road there is daunting! But it gets easier. And it's easy access to so many places. My kids fell in love with the Lella's dogs, Hugo (forgot the older one's name). Truly one of the highlights of our 2 week trip in Italy.

Agriturismo Abbaccalà We had a wonderful time at Abbaccalà in Lucca. From making the reservations and throughout our stay, Lella made things so easy and accommodating. The home has warm décor and the kitchen was well equipped and just loved being there. Great location due to the convenience of all of Tuscany and the environment was breathtaking. Lella and her family gave us a true taste of Tuscany living. I had the opportunity to learn how to make pasta with Lella, which was a lifetime experience. Our friends recommended it to us and we'll definitely recommend well Abbaccalà to other people. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Great Place to Stay in Tuscany!

Extra Special

During our Autumn stay with Lella & her husband at their Agrituristica in 2015, we left prior to The anticipated olive oil harvest & the fruits of their labor. This fall, I was thinking about how nice it would be to have some of Lella’s olive oil – I contacted her & voila she made it happen. From contacting her & working out the details it was about 3 weeks from farm to table. I have to admit that tasting her olive oil has been a delight. I consider this precious commodity as liquid gold. Next best thing to traveling back to her farm & having it during one of her delicious meals. Whether staying at their Agrituristica or wanting some extra virgin olive oil, Lella has always gone above & beyond to ensure satisfaction. Bellissimo!

Posto incantevole..

Con un gruppo di amici abbiamo deciso di trascorrere 3 notti in concomitanza di capodanno in questo splendido agriturismo.. abbiamo prenotato tutti e 3 gli appartamenti, tutti bellissimi e super accessoriati.. non voglio dilungarmi molto ma a parte questo, Lella è stata super cordiale e disponibile e noi ci siamo trovati benissimo!! non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla e, ripeto, posto davvero bello... grazie!!

The rel deal in Italy! For travelers that want to taste the Tuscan Italy!

Do you know when you get the feeling you did just the right choice! That's it! Lella, her cooking class and her lovely place felt like the best choice in Italy! I had my parents coming to Lucca for the weekend, and wanted to surprise them with Lella's cooking class. I knew what was about to come, and even myself, I felt overwhelmed by this experience! She makes it looks simple, but delightful to try cooking... we get to taste the food in a warm "like friends" lunch and taste local wine...+ enjoy that view! We were thankful to have being there and do recommend the place to travelers willing to get the real deal in Italy!

Loving Lucca

Beautiful setting with very gracious and accommodating hosts. Our cooking lesson was the best experience of our Italy trip! Lella is very skilled and also a great teacher! It was very hands on, not just a demonstration! We felt like friends once we left. Hope to come back one day!

A charming farmhouse in the hills

Our family of eight adults (four couples) rented all four rooms for four nights (as part of a longer trip that included Tuscany and a cruise out of Venice). This was a wonderful way to get a more rustic and authentic taste of the beautiful countryside - much more memorable than staying in a hotel. It's a fun adventure driving up the narrow roads with hairpin turns to reach the farm, and the views are gorgeous. The rooms were very comfortable, with plenty of room for the four couples, and everyone loved hanging out with the two gentle, friendly dogs. It is such a peaceful setting, and a great base for exploring the area -- we drove around to Lucca, Bagna di Lucca, Barga, San Gimignano, and arranged for a local tour company to come and pick all eight of us up for a full-day excursion to Cinque Terre (they were willing to come right up to the farmhouse to get us). One of the true highlights of our entire trip was the fantastic meal that Lella cooked and served us outside as the sun set over the hills... we will never forget it! We all wished we had more time to spend there! (Note: There is no air conditioning, but it wasn't a problem for us... the house stayed cool enough at night. And I would not characterize it as a deluxe villa; it is an authentic working farmhouse, which adds to the charm and the experience.) We took the train in from Florence to Lucca (there are two trains per hour), and then rented a car in Lucca. Two of us arrived first, and then Lella and her husband assisted us in transferring the remaining six from the station to the house - it's about a 15-20 minute drive.

Everything we hoped it would be!

Our family of four (traveling with two teenagers) stayed in the larger apartment in the farmhouse as part of a three-week tour of Europe. The rooms were large and comfortable and the extra space in the bathroom was a welcome change compared to what we were used to. The views were fantastic and we had wished we had more time to explore and hike around the property. We used this as a home base to explore Lucca, Florence, Pisa, and Cinque Terre. You must have a car to get to this property and the first time I made the drive I will be honest it was a bit daunting because of the hills and switchbacks. By the end of the trip our whole family was laughing at how easy the drive had become and how much we actually enjoyed it. As others have mentioned it was Lella who made this trip and our stay extra special. Literally one we will never forget! She is an amazing host. The cooking lesson was fabulous. The food was so fresh and flavorful. We loved that our teenage kids were able to make pasta from scratch and learn real Italian cooking. It was also fun meeting and cooking with the other family that was staying in the farmhouse. One of the highlights of our trip for sure and I hope one day to get back to Lucca and visit Lella again!
