Maison Monte d'A Rena overlooks the beach of the same name (Cala Monte d'Arena) about 10 meters from the shoreline. The flat is composed of two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. The peculiarity is that each room has direct access to the outside, for a romantic getaway by the sea without the other guests noticing. One room has an en suite bathroom. The corridor leads to the main bathroom, which also has a shower.
One of the most beautiful and livable areas of the house is the large living room with kitchen overlooking the sea. In this area you will find the two designer sofas that give the feeling of being at the water's edge, beyond the front garden. You will be able to cook lunch in a modern and well-equipped area, with everything you need: oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, large sink, dishwasher, washing machine. The house has pots and pans and dishes for cooking all the typical Sardinian seafood delicacies.
In the living room there is also a satellite TV together with the Wi-fi network, always available for free.
And if you want to have lunch inside? No problem, a large table for more than 6 covers has been handmade by a local artist. However, there is also a sea view table outside on the patio-terrace! A very comfortable outdoor shower, with a small stone sink, are at hand to cheer the hot sunny days or, to prepare a quick snack in the open air.
The relaxation could continue in the front area, in the green lawn with sofa and armchairs overlooking the beach. There are very few flats that can enjoy such a unique and romantic view of the bay. While two deckchairs will be useful for sunbathing, with more privacy. The house adjoins other flats but enjoys its own privacy. Access is from the back of the building, pedestrian, while at the front there is a driveway for unloading luggage. We have arranged for you, air conditioning and independent heating in all rooms. The internal fireplace will remain only as a beautiful piece of furniture.
