The toilet next to kitchen area was not flushing everything down (called about it). Not enough toilet paper for all bathrooms. Faucet and spray hose of kitchen sink was leaking (old - needs to be replaced). Stove burner front not working. Downstairs shower leaking. Front door porch light & patio light burned out. Walk up to cabin is rough, steep and dangerous - fall risk for anyone especially children. Lower patio door screens in disrepair, impacting security. All these conditions were present before we arrived.
Loved the cabin. Disappointed the fireplace was inoperable but maintenance attempted to repair. Dusty and windows had cobwebs. The heat kept kicking off with 20-30 degree weather but husband knew how to reset it. Loved the location and the hot tub.
Floors were dirty, 2 burners worked on stove, gum dried on end tables dirty toothbrushes left on counter, hideaway bed wasn t even put away. But screened hot tub was nice, lots of room, pool table was nice, room for dog was good. Plenty of towels,
The cabin is 5 mins from the strip if you are wanting to be close to everything. BUT this cabin is so out dated. The wall paper is peeling. The carpet is old and stained. The blinds on just about every window are broken. The place smelled so bad that my family had to go buy plug-ins for every room to hide the awful smell. If none of these things matter and you are just looking for a place to lay your head this would be perfect.
Very out dated. Limited seating to be able to sleep 12. Wallpaper falling off walls in bathroom and electrical outlet in upstairs bathroom was coming out of wall. The lower level was very dirty. Bathroom shower was dirty, bathroom floor was dirty, lots of cobwebs, dead bugs laying around and multiple spiders had to be killed.
Very poorly lit outside trying to walk in on the uneven pavers.
Very disappointing for the money spent.
We had a good Family Time and enjoyed all of our family being able to stay in one cabin. There was not enough Parking for a 4 Bedroom Cabin that was suppose to sleep 12 people. We had snotty neighbors who had the nerve to complain about my family double parking when they blocked their own entrance with a 6 motorcycle carry trailer and used some of our parking space to park the rest of their huge diesel Trucks. This cabin is in a subdivision and going by the pictures it looked to be in the mountains. The walk way to the front door was very dangerous due to the stepping stones and gravel that was very uneven and poorly laid. We had a teen and older family member fall trying to get to the front door. Good back porch and hot tub. No internet.
