The open floor plan ensures you can spend as much quality time together as possible no matter the time of day. The kitchen is equipped with all the cookware, cutlery, and appliances you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The dining table comfortably seats eight, and there are three additional stools at the large kitchen island so everyone in your group can enjoy meals together.

The bright lounge area features a brick fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and comfortable sofas. Catch up with your favorite shows, play board games on a quiet evening, or simply relax.

All four cozy bedrooms have a Smart TV, ceiling fan, comfortable beddings, and closets to store all of your things. The grownups won’t need to argue about who gets the king-sized bed in this cabin because there are three king bedrooms available.

The kids will enjoy the full-sized bunk beds and have plenty of entertainment thanks to the air hockey table in the room and the Pac-Man Arcade in the hallway.

This modern home boasts three bright and spacious bathrooms, perfect for your comfort and convenience. On the main level, you'll find one of the bathrooms easily accessible from both a bedroom and the main living area. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bathrooms, one located in the hallway and the other just off one of the bedrooms. All three bathrooms are beautifully designed with modern fixtures and finishes to ensure a luxurious experience. The drawers and cabinets provide plenty of storage so you can unpack and feel at home immediately.

There is a separate laundry closet with a full-sized washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron so that your whole family can keep their wardrobe clean and fresh even after multiple adventures in Pigeon Forge.

The cabin’s location in the lap of the Smoky Mountains means you are surrounded by nature. Enjoy a rejuvenating soak in the private hot tub while taking in the view of the greenery. The private grill invites you to BBQ outdoors and enjoy the fresh air with the whole family over a meal - just remember to bring some charcoal.

The private balcony on the second floor is a great retreat away from the rest of the group. It’s furnished with outdoor chairs for you to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the sunset.

If you are in the mood to explore the resort community, you are welcome to use the community pool and fire pit when you stay between Memorial day and Labor Day. The Gatlinburg golf course is nearby if some members of your group are interested, along with several other attractions.

Property Layout:
This cabin offers easy accessibility with no stairs or steps. Upon entry, you'll encounter the kitchen to your right and the living and dining areas to your left. As you continue towards the rear of the home, you'll find the laundry room on the right, a full bathroom on the left, and a spacious king bedroom (with the bathroom accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway).
Upstairs, you'll discover three additional bedrooms: a king bedroom with an attached full bathroom, another king bedroom, and a room with a full/full bunk bed. Additionally, there is one more shared bathroom upstairs, serving both the king bedroom and the kids' bunk room.

Number of Guests:
MAXIMUM of 10 guests or 7 adults. Anyone over the age of 3 should be accounted for on your reservation. Please make sure your reservation accurately reflects the number of people staying at the property. There is an additional guest fee of $150 per person per night if over our maximum occupancy, this will be charged to the card on file. For liability reasons, guests may not bring any visitors or unregistered guests to the home at any time, for any length of time.

ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT:
Check in is anytime after 4pm, a check-in before 4pm will incur additional fees. Our cleaners typically charge $50-100 for an early check-in. This is highly dependent on their availability.
Check out is 10am. No late check-outs, our cleaners need time to properly clean the property before our next guests arrive.

Parking is available for 3 cars directly in front of the cabin.

KITCHEN:
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and all the needed appliances and cookware. Coffee bar complete with Keurig coffee maker, which can brew both a pod or pot of coffee. We do provide a coffee starter pack with coffee pods, please purchase more to get you through your stay.

AMENITIES:
As common for vacation rentals in our area, our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: one roll of paper towels, one small liquid dish soap, 2 dish washer pods, 2 laundry pods, kitchen and bathroom trash can liners, one hand soap and face soap in each bathroom and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. These are travel size items, please be prepared to purchase more to get you through your stay.

PETS:
Up to 2 well behaved dogs 50 lbs each. Pet fee: $150 for up to 2 dogs.

SMOKING:
No Smoking/Vaping indoors, please be respectful and do so outside, make sure to pick up after yourselves.

COMMUNITY POOL/ FIRE PIT:
If you are in the mood to explore the resort community, you are welcome to use the community pool and fire pit when you stay between Memorial day and Labor Day, just remember to bring some fire wood for the fire pit. The Gatlinburg golf course is just across the street if some members of your group are interested, along with several other attractions.

HOUSE RULES:
• Rental Agreement, must sign upon booking, you will be taken through a checkout process that collects your email and requires you to sign a rental agreement, you will also need to provide information to set up your security deposit.
• Security Deposit, a $500 will be processed through our API-connected software. This deposit will take place one day before arrival and will be refunded within three days after departure, provided no damages are reported.
• Must be at least 25 or older to book and be must staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
• Please make sure your reservation accurately reflects the number of people staying. There is an additional guest fee of $150 per person per night if over our maximum occupancy. Visitors or unregistered guests are strictly prohibited from entering the home at any time, regardless of the duration of their stay.
• Check-in anytime after 4pm. Our cleaners charge $50-$100 for early check-ins, contingent upon your chosen check-in time and we pass this charge on to you, please note this is highly dependent on their availability.
• Checkout is at 10am. No late check-out's, late checkout’s will be charged and additional night.
• NO SMOKING INDOORS, please smoke outside and clean up afterwards. An additional cleaning fees up to $500 will be charged to remove the smell of smoke from the home, this will be charged to your security deposit.
• NO Parties. You (the person booking) will be held liable for all damages.
• For guest safety, we have security camera/s outside the property. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH the cameras. We will levy fees of $100 to those who adjust or cover these cameras.
