View 62 is a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-ensuite bathroom villa designed for romance, relaxation, and privacy. Perfectly positioned just a 3–5-minute walk from the pristine shores of Dickenson Bay, this standalone villa offers breathtaking ocean and sunset views, surrounded by a lush tropical garden and featuring its own private pool.

Thoughtfully designed for couples or two traveling pairs, the villa features two spacious ensuite bedrooms (one in a separate wing), a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining and BBQ area, and balconies ideal for unwinding with a book, a drink, or simply soaking in the views. With air conditioning, ceiling fans, Internet TV, and a washing machine, every comfort is at your fingertips.

Great View but villa needs work

This review is based on input from two couples. The property has an outstanding view. However the overall level of maintenance and cleanliness lets the property down. Kevin and Simone attended to our needs in a cheerful and friendly manner. Best communication was done through WhatsApp. Security was good. Multiple locks on the doors and a loud, functioning alarm system. We were not sure who would come if the alarm went off. The beds were comfortable and firm, but linens were sparse. Each bathroom was supplied with 2 bath towels for the 2 weeks, and some were ripped. There were no hand towels and only 2 wash cloths. There was one set of replacement sheets for each bed. Pre-arrival cleaning was marginal, with dead cockroaches under one of the beds. Good news: water and electricity were reliable. The villa has air conditioning only in the bedrooms. The kitchen is functional, but we had to add some utensils. The drawers and cupboards tended to stick and bind. The entrance gate does not close properly and needs repairs. Furnishings are dated and some are broken. The washing machine works but was noisy when spinning. No clothes dryer and the clothesline broke during our visit. The pool was in good condition and the pool cleaners came during our visit. Garbage was not collected. Simone addressed the issue for us. The placement of the garbage bin at the entry gate was a problem since passersby assumed it was a communal waste bin. Our overall rating is 3.5.

Great Views but Property Needs Updating

This property is all about the views. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and comfortable, but the kitchen and bathrooms are in desperate need of refurbishing and currently let the property down. General maintenance of the property was quite poor and a number of defects had to be addressed while we were there. This could be an excellent place to stay but, sadly, attention to detail along with some investment in the kitchen and bathrooms was distinctly lacking. What a disappointment!

Relaxation in Paradise

We enjoyed our visit to Antigua very much. Such a beautiful island! The home was so nice. Well appointed and equipped. The views were amazing! The sunsets lovely! Simone and Kevin were excellent hosts. Attentive and caring. It's a little tricky to find but well worth it.
