 Cost of hand linen 10 euros per person per set. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby bed.
3. Pets are not allowed in this holiday home
4. Groups and / or young people> 25 are not allowed
5. Maximum allowed occupancy: 6 people, this includes 1 baby (0-12 months)
6. The deposit will be refunded to your account by the owner as soon as possible, but certainly within two weeks after your stay.

House description:
The former Zeldenrust farm was completely renovated in 2017 into two modern holiday homes. The finest materials have been used and the holiday homes are equipped with all modern luxury and comfort. One house is suitable for six people (Zeldenrust-zes/six) and one for four people (Zeldenrust-vier/four). The house can also be rented as a combination if you are with ten people. The six-person house is located in the white part of the semi-detached house (and a small part in the black part).

Holiday home Zeldenrust zes is located on a spacious plot in a quiet and rural area, bordering the nature reserve De Pekelinge on the edge of the pleasant village of Oostkapelle. Within five minutes you are by car at the North Sea beach or in the center with shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The fashionable seaside resort of Domburg with a golf course can be reached within ten minutes. In about fifteen minutes you are by car in the provincial capital Middelburg.

The layout of the 6-person holiday home is as follows: You enter the house through the hall which gives access to the very comfortable and attractively furnished living room with sitting area, gas fireplace, dining area and open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, sink. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. On the floor there are two more bedrooms and a complete bathroom and also a separate toilet.

You have enough privacy around the Zeldenrust holiday home and there is a sheltered terrace at the rear. The garden at the front is newly landscaped and well cared for. The large property includes a sandpit, a playhouse, a trampoline, two go-karts and playground equipment for your children and a small deer park. There are sufficient parking spaces and an old barn, which has also been converted into four apartments (2019). 

The Zeldenrust-zes holiday home is very suitable for people who are looking for an attractive house with modern comfort and the privacy of a private bathroom. Ideal for a family, vacation with grandparents or two couples. Here you can rest and enjoy in a pleasant environment and your children can play.
