Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous dans ce charmant 3 lit / 2. 5 bains duplex vers le bas. Parfait pour une famille, les parents passent à l'escalier, les enfants en bas avec leur propre salle de récréation avec Smart TV, Netflix, DVR et Xbox. Plan d'étage ouvert lumineux avec salon, salle à manger, cuisine, lit / bain et salle de poudre au rez-de-chaussée, tous avec planchers de bois franc. Le niveau inférieur dispose d'une énorme salle familiale avec bar, table de jeux, 2 chambres (2 jumeaux / 1 reine) Un bain à remous et un lit Murphy pour un invité. Foyer au bois au niveau principal, foyer au gaz au niveau inférieur. Cuisine ouverte avec des appareils premium, des comptoirs en granit et une barre de petit-déjeuner. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, d'une salle de bain avec douche séparée et d'un jet de massage luxueux. Dans l'unité de laveuse / sécheuse. 2 espaces extérieurs privés, terrasse hors-maitre et terrasse de jardin hors de la chambre familiale. Parking sécurisé gratuit. Everything was wonderful, well laid out, great thoughtful touches throughout that made the stay easy and comfortable. We traveled as a family of 4 visiting the 5 th family member who is local. It was very easy to visit and enjoy family time. The house is well stocked with spices, pots and pans for easy meals, plenty of food storage. Nice touch to have personal items like shampoo, soaps and hand cream . Very cozy with a great gathering space and throw blankets . The host Anne, was very attentive with any communication . The location was very easy near the bus and Blue line. Would absolutely stay again.

Our host was very responsive to our inquiries. The house was extremely well equipped and very clean. We loved the Christmas decor! Beds and linens were exception. Furnishings were high quality and comfortable. We would definitely enjoy a return visit.

Fantastic location, couple of blocks to the Forrest Park/Ohare line. Lots of room to spread out. Very nice amenities and host was very responsive to questions. Would not hesitate to stay again! One thing to be aware of (and the host was very open about)- the off street parking is very small so anything bigger than a sedan would not fit. We were able to park on the street but spots go fast! Host provided stickers for guest use.

This place was amazing. We go on a annual girl's weekend (group of 5 40's aged women). We have been all over the US and this may have been my favorite place. Anne was great and very responsive. Her home felt like a home, not some sterile box. It was clean and had great amenities. The coffee maker was great. The seating areas were very comfortable. The location as well was great, we walked to most meals. I can't recommend this place enough!

This was the most thoughtfully appointed property we have ever stayed in. The house was beautiful, immaculate, comfortable and it had everything we needed and more. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, and we loved our stay there. Neighborhood was wonderful and we can’t wait to come back!

Nothing short of WOW!!

We had the most incredible stay at this VRBO for a bachelorette trip! From the moment we booked, Anne (our amazing host) was extremely communicative—before, during, and even after our stay. The home itself was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—kitchen essentials, bathroom supplies, extra bedding, and even thoughtful touches downstairs. It fit eight women comfortably, which is no small feat!Anne was incredibly accommodating and genuinely made sure our stay was amazing. She went above and beyond in every way, and it was such a relief to stay in a place that felt so cared for. Highly, highly recommend!

Great Home!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and the location is great. The house had everything we needed and more. Most don’t offer a variety of toiletries, nice clean towels and extra sheets and blankets; but this place has so much! It has everything you need in a kitchen and also had many fun games. By far one of the best vacation home rentals we have stayed in (and we have stayed in many)! We absolutely will rent here again.

Perfect location for a friendcation

One word - Amazing! The property was spacious, clean and inviting. Anne was very responsive and you can tell she put a lot of thought into making this place feel less like a rental and more like a home. Absolutely Perfect!

Short version: We have stayed in many VRBO rentals. I can say, by far, this is the absolute best of all of them - clean, impeccably decorated, perfect location, great communication, smooth check-in and check-out. Detailed comments: Check-in couldn't have gone more smoothly. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the owner responded quickly to my messages. The home is beautifully decorated with little touches that make it feel like home from the lovely chandeliers to the fluffy blankets in every room. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you will need for your stay along with extras that most VRBOs I have stayed in do not have: coffee, creamers, spices, condiments. The bathrooms have nice-sized bath sheets (which make me want to switch my towels out at home). There were also hairdryers, shampoo/conditioner, body washes, lotions, and even Q-tips on the counter! Bedrooms are beautiful decorated and include extra blankets and soft, fluffy pillows. The master included a stack of books on the night table that were awesome! I think Anne and I have much in common when it comes to literature. The home is a short walk to the Division Street stop on the blue line and a 1 minute walk to the CTA bus route 56 that connects easily to route 65 for easy transportation to Navy Pier and other points in the city. Thank you, Anne, for helping to make our Chicago vacation a wonderful adventure!

Really Nice!

Our group of 4 enjoyed staying at this lovely home for our long weekend. Check-in was a bit wonky only because the numbers on the lock box are hard for us with vision challenges to see. The home is beautiful and had nearly everything we needed. The listing didn’t indicate all of the amenities, so we were surprised to find it was well-stocked with a variety of personal items like shampoo, body wash, lotions, hair dryers, etc
 There is a full laundry with everything needed including a clothes steamer and iron. There are two options for coffee; one with fresh-ground beans on the main level, and a second on the lower level with a nice assortment of k-cups. Some flavored creamers were in the fridge, but since my group preferred regular milk, I picked some up at Ashland Market which is a five minute walk from the property. Fridge has filtered water and ice on the door which we appreciated. Overall the beds were good enough for a few nights with plenty of extra blankets available. Two of us intended to share the twin bedroom but found the beds were a bit wobbly with not much padding, and there is no window blind to reduce the brightness streaming in from the security lighting outside. Fortunately we had a Murphy bed and a comfy sofa on the same level (but needed to put a blanket over the coffee maker to block the light.) The four of us had plenty of space for togetherness as well as quiet if we needed it. The property is immaculate, elegant comfortable, plus it is a great value!

Spacious and clean

We loved the condo. Anne was very communicative (we didn’t really have any issues). The set up is great for two couples as completely private up and down w/ kitchenette on ground floor as well. Very well stocked. Enjoyed the outdoor space for reading as well. A perfect place to stay- short uber ride to all we had scheduled. We parked on the street w/ the provided pass but the parking in the back would have been fine too. Would definitely book again

This VRBO Property was "outstanding!!!" The owner went well beyond providing daily essentials to make my visit just like home. Anne responded promptly to any text or phone call I had concerning my stay. The unit was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The location made the trip downtown very easy. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Chicago.

The Best Baby!

I have probably stayed in 20-25 Airbnb and VRBO homes over the years. Anne’s condo was the best I’ve ever stayed at. Beautifully furnished in every detail, amazingly equipped kitchen and quality throughout. The unit was quiet, and the HVAC worked very well. The location in trendy Wicker Park with its endless restaurant and shopping choices was excellent. I cannot recommend this unit more highly.

I love my neighborhood and I think you will too. Hip Wicker Park has been a residential enclave since Chicago was incorporated as a city in 1837. North Milwaukee Avenue and Division Street are known for its bustling nightlife, dining and entertainment venues, and trendy music clubs. North Damen Avenue draws hip crowds with its quirky shops, minimalist cafes, specialty grocery stores and cool fashion boutiques. It's also less than a mile from hot new West Loop neighborhood, 2 miles to Michigan Ave, under 4 to Wrigley Field-all accessible by public transportation.
