This is the absolute perfect location for any baseball trips to Chicago. We parked on Friday and were close enough to everything to walk the remainder of the weekend. 2 free parking spaces, huge living room area on the main level. Just an overall great stay.

This property is very close to the train. If you are sensitive to noise like that while trying to sleep you will want to bring earplugs or a white noise machine. If you’re traveling for a Cubs game this place is great. We saw Sammy Sosa and Pete Crow-Armstrong and he signed my grandsons hat!

We had a wonderful stay in Wrigleyville for our family gathering. The house was perfect for our celebration and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. It was a great space for bringing everyone together. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place for a group stay.

Truly an amazing place to stay at. The neighborhood was great and the added parking was a great peace of mind as parking around the area can get difficult. The train running behind can get loud in the daytime but at night it seems to run less often and gets relegated to background city noise, we didn't really mind it. I would 100% stay here again, thank you to the host for ensuring our trip was smooth and enjoyable.

This location had everything we wanted for a visit and seeing three Cubs games. The ability to have two parking spaces and walk to the games eliminated a lot of the frustration that comes with Wrigleyville. The layout was excellent so that several guests would not to get in each other's way. It was a very minor inconvenience not to have a bathroom on the entry floor. There was a small issue with ants in the main bathroom, but the owner was addressing that problem very quickly. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to this location again.

We really enjoyed this place for a mini family reunion. Great location, super clean and plenty of room for everyone. The hosts were very responsive, too. Very enjoyable stay!

Great to have back alley parking access. High walkability to local areas. Space was clean, neat and comfy. The only downside is how close the train runs, but can be charming city background noise. Easy communication with host. Would stay again!

Cozy home. Had everything we needed. The white noise was helpful for blocking out some of the El noise. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!

Overall a good value and great location. Plenty of space for our party of five. Location felt safe and was in easy walking distance to Red Line, many bus lines, Wrigley, and many restaurants, bars and shops. We loved sitting out on the front patio enjoying the neighbor’s gorgeous magnolia tree, in full bloom during our visit.Very clean and listing accurately reflected the amenities.Kitchen was decently stocked for everyday cooking.Beds were just OK, not super comfy but good enough for a few nights.Plenty of toiletries, hand soap, etc. were available, though we did have to purchase our own Kleenex and cleaning wipes. We only found three hangers in the house.

Wrigleyville delight

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The neighborhood is very walkable and we appreciated the short walk home from Wrigley Field after a Cubs win! Enough room to spread out and play table games or watch TV. We would stay here again!

Super Convenient to the EL

This was a great place for our family to be together. There was plenty of space, and it was well furnished, with kitchen basics supplied. The convenience of having the EL just a few steps away made it easy to travel around the city.
