This incredible Mallorcan villa is located in the fashionable southwest
of the island with a breathtaking view of the small harbour and the
turquoise bay of Portals Vells. You can enjoy these views from its
multiple terraces and the pool, also from the stylish interiors, both
in the living room and in some bedrooms. The villa has been renovated
in a modern style and lovingly furnished with Mediterranean flair
– every piece of furniture and artwork is top quality.

The spacious living room connects through a small staircase to the
dining room and the outdoor area. In the master suite, you will find a
large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub that offers a view of the
sea and a walk-in closet. It also has an elegant dressing room. There
are four bathrooms plus a guest toilet in total. The airy and
light-filled rooms convey that pure holiday feeling.

The pool area with infinity pool is the ideal spot to enjoy views over
the cove of Portals Vells and the wild pine forest landscape that
stretches across the horizon. In addition, various terraces on
different levels offer opportunities for retreat and create oases of
peace. Next to the pool is the barbecue area with a long wood table to
eat under a shaded veranda. Both the interior and the exterior of the
villa are also equipped with Sonos and BOSE music systems.

Furthermore, the villa has a large TV screen in the living room and TVs
in every bedroom. Indulge in calm and relaxation, glass of wine in
hand, and let your eyes wander over the turquoise bay and the blue sea
– which you can reach on foot in three minutes for a swim. Whether you
choose to enjoy the air-conditioned interior or the spacious pool area
with its outdoor kitchen and barbecue area is up to you.
