Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the villa's excellent location, its spacious interior and the well-equipped kitchen. We are sorry that certain aspects of the property did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points. Regarding the swimming pool, its condition deteriorated during the holiday season, as the tiles and grouting were not in this state before the season began. We are aware of the issue, and the necessary repair work is already planned for the end of the season. Unfortunately, carrying out such extensive repairs during the summer, while the villa was occupied by guests, would have caused considerable disruption to their holidays. As for the pool table, we sincerely apologise for its absence. Unfortunately, heavy rainfall caused the wood to swell, leaving the table completely unusable. It was therefore necessary to remove it, and it is no longer advertised as an available facility. We understand, however, that it may still have been included in the listing when you originally made your reservation, and we regret any disappointment this caused. Regarding the blocked shower, we would like to point out that this issue was not reported to our team during your stay. Had we been informed, we would have been happy to arrange for someone to visit the property, inspect the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible. We also appreciate your suggestions concerning the outdoor furniture, sun loungers and cushions, which we will share with the property owner. We regret that these circumstances affected your overall experience and thank you for your feedback. Maintaining our properties and providing attentive assistance to our guests remain important priorities for us.
