Tastefully decorated, this updated 3-bedroom - 2 bathroom apartment offers a unique tranquility appealing to those looking for a calm getaway.

Master bedroom walk–in closet and bathroom in suite, king size bed. Bedroom 2: 2 full beds, walk-in closet. Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds. Available daily, weekly, or monthly. Will consider longer term. Rental includes cable and wi-fi. Enjoy all the amenities key colony has to offer including beach access, pools, tennis courts, beauty salon, grocery store, restaurant and more. 1 assigned parking space.

Please note Ocean pool and bar will be closed during the months of February and April 2026 due to a renovation. Botanica and Lap pool as well as the beach access will remain open

We had an excellent stay at Key Colony! We had stayed last year & decided to return. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and the place was very clean & cozy. We love the location- being so close to everything and will definitely return again next year.

Great stay in Key Biscayne

Our family of 6 had a great time at this property, the location is fantastic, the kids enjoyed the pool, the beach and the playground and the property itself had everything that we needed.

A fantastic vacation and the owner was so kind and easy to communicate with. The property is clean and comfortable and had everything we could have needed!

Great unit! A little far from beach

We had a great stay! Parking and arrival is very easy and the unit was clean and well appointed. The one downfall is that the beach and pool is 0.8 mile walk away which was hard for some members of our party.

Hi Michelle, We're glad you had a good stay in the apartment. Sorry you found the beach far, from the distance you say I think you might have taken a wrong turn as it's about 0.5mile . There's a pool just outside the building and the lap pool is half way from the apartment to the beach/ocean pool and bar.

Not as pictured. Dirty towels and linens. Stained mattresses. Old toilet that required attention and host was rude. All remotes had dead batteries. Only one (1) extra roll of toilet paper-all for this price? Ridiculous.Floors dirty and shabby furniture. Long nine days at this property.

We're sorry you didn't had a good experience. The property is exactly as the photos in the listing. As for the toilet, as soon as you reported an issue ,after 5 days in the unit , we went to check it out and you had clogged it during your stay for misuse . It was solved on the spot. We were always polite and respectful , however you and your family was very rude to our maintenance team and property manager.

Family vacation-week on the beach

Super location for a week on Key Biscayne with 3 generations of family. Condo had everything we needed. The location is excellent, 10 minute walk to the beach and kids pool and snack bar, warm pool across the road, and an adult lap pool 5 minute walk. The grandkids loved the koi fish in the pond. Great restaurants within walking distance. Property manager was easy to contact and very responsive to my emails. We will come back.

Large spacious condo in amazing location

I stayed here with my 2 kids, husband and mother and we all really enjoyed our stay. The condo had all of the amenities we needed (stocked kitchen and linens), beds were comfy, and the location can’t be beat (scenic stroll to the beach, 2 on-site pools (one with it’s own restaurant), and steps away to KB restaurants and shopping. Most importantly the property manager was very accessible and helpful with any questions over the course of our 2 week stay. I hope to stay here again!

Poorly maintained dark apartment

Very poorly maintained apartment. Floors were warped, many lights were not working, doors did not close well, dark interiors (especially kitchen), not much hot water. Good location near restaurants but very far from the beach. Gym was dirty and very small with old equipment. pools on property also not great. I have rented in KB for years, and would not stay here again.

Great apartment in Key Biscayne

Excellent location in beautiful Key Colony complex, beach access, pools and all the amenities. Walking distance from great restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Apartment had all we needed and property manager was very responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Great Vacation

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Our condo needs some minor maintenance updates but was more than adequate for our family vacation. I would definitely come back and stay in the same condo.

Very nice!

Very nice stay and property! Over all very positive, internet was slow and the kitchen sink had plumbing tape to hold loose faucet. Beds and couches were very comfortable. It was nice to have two dining areas and the balcony was private and safe . The layout of the condo was superb.
