Islander Condo # 514 est une unité West View, Platinum pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Évitez les ascenseurs avec un accès facile au rez-de-chaussée et au parking par les escaliers à proximité du condo. Entrez dans notre paradis tropical idéalement situé pour un accès rapide et facile à la plage ou aux deux piscines de votre choix.

La cuisine moderne ouverte a été récemment rénovée avec de nouvelles armoires, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Elle est entièrement équipée avec tous les outils pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson. Rassemblez-vous autour de la nouvelle table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes ou détendez-vous dans le coin salon mis à jour sur de nouveaux meubles pour regarder la Smart TV 4K 55 pouces avec un lecteur Blue Ray en continu et un accès par câble numérique. Il y a un canapé-lit queen disponible pour les invités.

La chambre principale rénov��e dispose d'un lit king size moderne et d'une télévision avec lecteur DVD de 42 pouces. La salle de bain a une nouvelle vanité avec des comptoirs en granit et une douche à l'italienne. La chambre d'amis comprend un lit queen moderne et un combo TV / DVD de 26 pouces. La salle de bain invité a également été mis à jour avec une nouvelle vanité. Comptoir en granit et combo baignoire / douche.

Aventurez-vous sur le balcon privé et admirez les bateaux entrant et sortant du port par le col est ou l'un des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle qu'une soirée peut offrir.

This is a great spot to enjoy your time in Destin! Walking distance from beach access and beach views from the condo. Definitely planning on a return trip!

Outstanding resort.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There isn’t one single thing that wasn’t met for our needs. Including the comfort of our stay in unit 514. The staff was fabulous. The grounds were very well melted and manicured. Having beach service was definitely a great amenity. Linen exchange and 6 beach towels was wonderful. The two pool on location were spotless. The front desk employees were so friendly and helpful. Can not say enough great things about The Islander. Not to mention how easy the owners of the condo were to work with. I can’t forget to mention the breathtaking view we had from our balcony. We are anxious to return. We would definitely recommend The Islander to our family and friends.

Good experience but flooring and furniture need to go

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was beautiful, the amenities at The Islander were very convenient...we loved the easy beach access and umbrella/chairs set up. It was close to everything. However, if you have children this condo isn't for you. The floors are concrete and we were constantly worrying about our one and three year old falling...all of the furniture was modern and low to the ground which my one year was constantly climbing on. It also echoes and with squeals and laughs it made for a very noisy room. The furniture was uncomfortable and when my one year fell we would have to worry because of the concrete flooring. We did not like the furnishings, decor, and flooring but overall, had a good experience here. The kitchen was great, owners were very easy to work with, and we got a great deal on renting it for a week. Honestly, we would not stay here again due to the flooring and furnishings unless they were changed. If you don’t mind them, then it would be a great place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay and facilities were great, but because I had an emergency at home we had to leave over a week, 9 days early. I asked the staff if I could receive a small refund, for the 9 days I was told "NO". I could understand if I left 1 or 2 days but leaving 9 days early there should a 25% refund. I know they put the unit available to rent. Please consider making some type consideration for anyone leaving a 7 days or more early because an emergency.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience overall was good. A few things need to updated and improved. The main shower doesn’t have a bench or much room to put you items on the one shelf. Master bed looks wore out the bed frame was peeling and the furniture seemed large for the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom and none in the master bedroom. Looking for more of a beach decor feel.

The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The property was very well maintained and the staff friendly. Having the beach chairs included was a huge bonus. I brought my 2 teenage sons for Spring Break and we all had a great, relaxing vacation. Only complaint is the basketball goal is very old and broken down, but that is a property issue and does not reflect on the condo itself

It was the first condo in Destin where we have stayed that was not beachfront, so we were a bit uncertain, however this is now our favorite! The westerly view was perfect for relaxing with a view of the beautiful sunsets! It felt more private! We all loved the exposed concrete floors also! The condo layout and furnishings met our needs perfectly.

We had a great time at the beach and this place didn’t disappoint. Nice and clean with plenty of towels! We had more than what we needed which it unheard of! Lol! Would definitely stay again!

Great place - but lame neighbor

Property was great.. convenient spot.. great view of the fireworks on the 4th.. only issue was tenants in condo below kept smoking on the balcony which made sitting outside to read, have coffee etc nasty.. Called front desk due to it being a nonsmoking property.. They said a manager would address it.. But they must have ignored them they never did stop
