Great condo and location. Easy checkin process and had access to chat with hosts if needed. We utilized the pool, beach volleyball court, and beach access. All great! My kids enjoyed the games in the condo - nice touch!

The condo was clean and tidy. We appreciated how close it was to the beach which made lunch and bathroom breaks easy. The kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court. I loved the coffee shop in front of the building and also how quiet the mornings were out on the patio - it was a great spring vacation for us!

Great communication and provided lots of details for restaurants. Process was smooth and simple. Property was very clean, organized and really created that “at home” feel during our stay. Not a single complaint to be made! Will book again!

We would definitely rent this property again! The property was very well cared for. The information they send out was very helpful and extremely accurate. It was secure with codes to enter the different areas and updated with each stay. The owners were available any time to answer even the simplest question. They also responded immediately. We felt we had our own private concierge! The property is just a few steps to the private beach where we found chairs and an umbrella set up. Even though we didn’t want to leave, checkout was very clearly stated and simple. Thank you for your hospitality!

I can only say good things about our stay! The owners were always easy to communicate with, they provided everything you need (that you don't even think about when packing), and the location is within walking distance to the beach.

Great stay!

Our family of 5 stayed here for five days. The short walk to the beach was so convenient and having the pool was perfect for days we couldn't get in the ocean. We loved the quiet building and neighborhood vs staying at a large crowded hotel/resort. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Everything was perfect from start to end - from the communication with the host to the pristine condo. All around a great location, great stay, would stay there again! Highly recommend.

Holiday Weekend Family Trip

My family and I loved our stay here. The condo was much more spacious than I was expecting and had everything that we needed- including a pack and play and high chair for my 8 month old. The location is wonderful. We enjoyed the short walks to the beach and nearby restaurants and especially the coffee/cocktail beachside cafe which is practically right outside the door! The owners were very responsive as well, which we appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location

This was a great location right across from the beach and near by restaurants and other things to do. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here, we could have a couple more with us and would still have had plenty of room. The owner was very easy to reach and answered questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Florida getaway near the ocean

Like home away from home. Close to waterfront restaurants. Hostesses readily available, and left lots of suggestions on what to do while in Destin. We would return.

Graduation trip (family)

Everything was excellent start to finish! The beach is accessible easily across the road as described! Owners checked in on us daily to make sure everything was as good and we didn’t need anything. 10/10 recommendation!

Great place, great experience!

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway to Jane and Deb’s condo. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked, and conveniently located across the street from the beach and near attractions, restaurants, etc. Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish, with excellent information provided along the way. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!
