Les propriétaires ont récemment mis à jour l'unité avec des garnitures en bois blanc, un tapis de nouvelle chambre, une peinture fraîche, de nouveaux draps et des œuvres d'art contemporaines. Des ventilateurs de plafond ont été installés dans les chambres et les salles à manger. L'unité n ° 305 peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec un lit king size, une télévision 32 'dans la chambre principale, 2 lits jumeaux dans une chambre 18' et un canapé-lit dans le salon avec une télévision 48 '. Les chambres et le salon sont équipés d'une télévision à écran plat / DVD. L'unité est non-fumeur. La cuisine est mise à jour avec de nouveaux armoires, des comptoirs, de la plomberie et des luminaires. Une nouvelle salle à manger permet d'accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Great, affordable place to stay on the beach

We enjoyed our stay here! Everything was as advertised. The only downfall of this location is it’s not within walking distance to anything other than the beach. No problem if you’ve got a car, but if you want to experience anything else that Destin has to offer, you will need to drive.

The location of this condo is great with a beautiful view of the ocean. It is spacious and clean, and I appreciate the luggage carriers and shopping carts…makes it easy to bring things to the 3rd floor via elevator. Best of all was the beach service provided by Alan. So friendly and great service! Hope to be back soon

Making memories

This was the second time my husband and I stayed in this unit and once again it did not disappoint! What was an even greater blessing was that our son, his wife and our Grand-daughter, who was just under two were able to stay part of the time. It was her first time to the Ocean and the memories we made with them will be treasured forever! ;)

We love the Islander

We love the location and the family feel you get at this property. The only complaint we had this year was that the pickle ball courts were under construction (due to open 3/16) and did not actually open for the kids to play until 3/21. That is one of the highlights for the kids, so this was a big disappointment for them.

Unit was very pleasant and clean, though the main TV was not working and was not fixed during our stay. Tennis courts were closed due to damage in last's years hurricane and this was not disclosed on the website. Loud music by the pool from 10 to 10pm on weekend reverberated across the resort.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the room I stayed in was filthy had dirty standing water under the kitchen sink, the coffee pot look like it was never cleaned and the bath tubs were filthy

I am sorry to hear of your experience. As soon as you reported the standing water and coffee pot, maintenance went to repair and correct immediately. When we offered housekeeping to go correct the showers that were reported later, you declined.
