Ce magnifique condo en bord de mer est situĂ© Ă  Destin, un endroit ensoleillĂ©. À quelques pas de ce condo rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©, vous trouverez les eaux scintillantes de la cĂŽte d'Émeraude. Profitez d'une vue directe sur les magnifiques eaux du golfe pendant que vous vous dĂ©tendez sur votre balcon privĂ©. Profitez de nos deux belles piscines privĂ©es et de notre service gratuit de parasols et de chaises. L’unitĂ© # 309 peut accueillir jusqu’à six personnes avec un roi dans la chambre principale et une tĂ©lĂ©vision 40 ’’, 2 lits doubles dans la chambre d’hĂŽtes et une tĂ©lĂ©vision 42 ’’ et un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision 55 ’’.

The unit was perfect for our needs - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a great view of the gulf from both the living room and the master bedroom. Just a short walk across the property (less than a couple of minutes) to the beach. Having beach service was wonderful. The second bathroom had a drain issue in the tub, but after calling maintenance, they fixed the problem. The second bathroom could use some updating to match the beauty of the rest of the unit.

This was my first time visiting Destin and we stayed at the islander this condo was a great view and close to the beach they had a bunch of activities and it was fun room was very beautiful and clean I will definitely stay here again

Nice unit on the beach!

This was a nice size unit with a great view! The kitchen was stocked so we were able to make dinner every nigh. The propoerty managers were helfpul. It was great to have beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach everyday! The unit didn't have a great smell and the floors were very dirty. The beds were nice and clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed in unit 309 for a week in September 2023. The unit was clean and well furnished, however, the bed in the master bedroom was extremely firm and uncomfortable. The beds in the second bedroom were not as firm but worn and in need of replacement. I would not recommend this unit, unless you prefer extremely firm mattress and staying for a shorter period of time. I expressed my concern to the lobby folks who were very nice and they indicated they would notify the owner. Otherwise, the Islander is a great place to stay and the location is ideal and close proximity to restaurants and the boardwalk. The landscaping is immaculate, the pool was very clean and has easy access to the beach. I have stayed here on three occasions and would recommend staying here.

My family stayed here for 4 days. The check in process was super easy, the staff in the front desk are so sweet. I would have two complaints, the smell of vinegar is super strong, seems like they might have cleaned with it. Also, one of the beds in the room that has two is super uncomfortable, it has a weird dip to it. This has a beautiful beach/view, two restrooms, third floor right above the heated pool. Besides this I would 100% recommend, ah the area is amazing, short distance away from everything and it is quiet.

There ain’t enough towels nor rags unless you want to wash and dry them downstairs every night. Also,somebody stole our beach towels and took our chairs on the beach which were front row. Alan was no help to us. And have us no sympathy or respect for it. Considering he is the one in charge of the beach. Really dislike. 🤷🏻‍♂...People staying on bottom floor partied all night. Doesn’t matter what rooms. Whole bottom floor was alive.

Blended family of 6!

Our first family vacation as a blended family with my boyfriend and it was amazing! 3 teens and one child. There was plenty of room for everyone!!! Clean and spacious. Ocean and pool view was great! This place is saved on my list to return

Awesome Condo & Weather

The weather could have been better. We like the Unit because it is close to the elevator. Yes, we found the Unit clean and ready for quests. The dining room table is our only problem, I'm short and it is uncomfortable to sit in the higher chairs, also it is not comfortable to play cards if you are sitting for a few hours. The staff was in a learning stage. We realize that many were new to their job. It got better as time and days went by. The staff could be a little more friendlier, a smiling face is always nice to see, especially the manager.

Very Nice!

Very satisfied, will definitely stay here again. Everyone was nice and very convenient location. Had my grandchildren and they had movie night for the kids at the pool was perfect. We all enjoyed our stay.
