Islander Condo # 102 est une unité dorée East View pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Évitez les ascenseurs avec cette unité au rez-de-chaussée. Entrez dans notre paradis tropical idéalement situé pour un accès rapide et facile à la plage ou aux deux piscines de votre choix.

La cuisine mise à jour est entièrement équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable pour tous vos besoins de cuisson. Rassemblez-vous autour de la table de la salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes ou détendez-vous dans le salon pour regarder la Smart TV de 42 pouces avec accès au câble numérique et un lecteur DVD. Il y a un canapé-lit queen disponible pour les invités.

La chambre principale dispose d’un lit king-size et d’un ensemble téléviseur / lecteur DVD / magnétoscope de 32 pouces. La salle de bain a été récemment mise à jour avec une nouvelle vanité à double évier. La chambre d'invité a des lits superposés avec un jumeau en haut et un plein en bas, et une télévision 32 "avec un lecteur DVD. La salle de bain invité a été mis à jour avec une vanité.

Il y a du carrelage partout avec des tapis dans les chambres. La piscine et la plage de Destin sont idéalement situées à l'extérieur de votre patio au 1er étage qui se trouve à quelques pas de la plage de Destin.

Short walk to beach and pool

Loved the location and the quick access to pool and beach. Also loved the green space for playing with the kids. Condo was perfect!

Very Enjoyable Family Trip

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Loved being on the first floor and having the pool and beach path right behind us. That helped us entertain our 3 year old! Nice facility and location. Highly recommended!

Very convenient and easy

The unit was very clean and ready for us as planned. The ground floor access was great to have the grassy area out back and easy unloading in the front. Beach access was super easy and security was well monitored. It felt safe and my teens could go back and forth to the beach on their own. Beach chair guy was super personable and attentive. There seemed to be lots of young families and small kids on property when we were there. Only draw back is the thermostat was restricted and would not go below 70 degrees - we live in an ice box so it was a little warm for my group.

My Stay at The Islander

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very enjoyable vacation but I was disappointed in the condo. It was a "gold" but not very nice. The couch was so broken down that it was very uncomfortable and the rug in the master bedroom was filthy. We had to ask the front desk for a spatula, which they immediately supplied us. The decorating in the unit was very bare minimum and not as nice as most of the units we have used.

Could've been better...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would recommend the Condo in general, however I would not recommend the room 102. We had 3 very large cockroaches flying and crawling on the walls. We also noticed a few large dead cockroaches next to the large couch that were dead. Before leaving the condo we checked under the bed for anything that could've slipped under the bed and noticed 4-5 large dead cockroaches under there as well. Very disturbing and nasty feeling with all of those bugs that were 2-3 inches in size. Also, a few times while sitting around the pool there was a strong odor of someone smoking marijuana in the area, a few loud families and "party people" the last 3 years we have stayed it had seemed like a very family/kid friendly environment but not after our last stay.

BAD TRIP

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So disappointed in our stay & upset that now I have to dispute erroneous charges! Master TV did not work, 2nd bedroom TV not connected, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no ice, no lightbulbs in 3 lamps, 7 roaches found in room, 3 more after they sprayed, bathroom light bar randomly works, snake was found on patio. Beach area crowded mess. Access to water entirely blocked by chairs, non-guests & loud music. THEN was charged $500 for smoking (on the patio) - after we were home. I hope that this can be rectified. We have been coming here since 1999 renting 2 or 3 units, BUT this situation is unacceptable!
