SAUVEZ CERTAINS VERTS! CETTE BELLE UNITÉ DE PLATINE EST LISTE AU TAUX D'OR. Ce condo de vacances à front de mer se trouve à Destin, en Floride, le long de la côte d'émeraude. La location de condo n ° 413 peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec un roi dans la télévision de la chambre principale 32 ', 2 lits jumeaux dans la télévision de la chambre d'amis 24' et un canapé-lit dans le salon de la télévision 42 '. Cette unité dispose de deux téléviseurs HD. Destin's Beach est à quelques pas avec une vue magnifique depuis votre balcon privé.

La location de vacances Destin 413 a été entièrement rénovée et redécorée professionnellement dans un style "Tommy Bahama" des Antilles. L'unité dispose de nouveaux sols carrelés, de nouveaux meubles et de décorations. Le salon a de nouveaux meubles, œuvres d'art, éclairage et 37 "HDTV avec 3. 1 son. La cuisine est mise à jour et la salle à manger offre une nouvelle table, des chaises, des tabourets de bar et des réglages. Les deux chambres ont de nouveaux matelas, literie, meubles, téléviseurs et volets de plantation. La chambre principale a 32 "HDTV.

Beach vaca

Overall - it was a good experience. The unit is DATED with paint and yellow lights lol! Super convenient with pools and beaches. We stayed 7 days and our sheets were never changed. The towels could be exchanged Tuesday & Thursday… but when you check in on a Saturday, that’s a LONG time to go without clean towels with sand etc. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with cooking things like we had hoped - no crockpot etc

Comfortable Condo with great beach

The Islander condos are great choice for families looking for a reasonably priced Destin condo with plenty of space and great beach. The beach view from this unit was good, but the East side units have a more direct beach view. The furniture is comfortable, and the decor is very nice. The staff at the Islander are very friendly and helpful. Don’t forget your paper towels and toilet paper. We will be going back next year.

Day at the beach

The unit itself was great, clean and as described. The only reason I didnt rate it at 5 stars is because of the complex and issues with that. Only one elevator was in service for the entire 200+ units. There was a mess on a few of the floors where someone had spilled something and it didn't get cleaned up for the entire three days we were there.

The condo was nice and had everything you would need while on vacation. The only thing we were unhappy with was the terrible fish smell that hit us when we walked into the condo. Whoever stayed in the condo before us

Nicely Furnished

Appreciate the well stocked kitchen; however the twin beds and pullout bed comfortable was lacking. Pools were nice and convenient and the beach was beautiful when the seaweed wasn’t present. The gulf community really needs to figure this out or it will eventually dry up tourism.

2022 Destin Vacation

This property is in an extremely nice neighborhood and completely out of place. Is looks like an old converted hotel from the outside and then once inside, I truly believe that The owner never visits this property. The elevators were nasty, when I mentioned it to the front desk they said that the person that cleans the Elevator was off that day and they would have him see to it. I told him that this facility was no way treated against Covid. The walkways once you step off the elevator was nasty the whole facility needed to be pressure washed. Once we were in our room the shower was nasty the toilet seat was loose, a lamp in the bedroom was loose and about fall over, the towel hangers were loose about to fall off the wall. we paid $1500 in total cost, for this facility. To me this is a lot of money and from the pictures that we saw online, it looked like it would be an upscale unit,. Once again you have failed us I will never make reservations again through Vrbo.

I liked the location of this unit, though the mattress's could stand to be replaced. My 14 yr old son slept on the pull out couch and it was pretty old as well and we ended up going to buy an air mattress. Aside from that, it was another great experience and we look forward to coming back next year.

Love the Islander!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Islander is always wonderful. We we’re there the week of April 4 this year but usually go about the middle of March. It has been about 8 years since our last visit. This time I noticed there were more groups of people gathered at the pool and hot tub making it practically impossible to have a turn. I had heard that the one large group comes every year the week of Easter which is their spring break. They occupied the picnic area and the grills in the evenings. Maybe avoiding this week is better or maybe the crowds have just picked up in general. The free beach chairs and umbrella are such a perk not to mention the gorgeous beach. We will continue coming to the Islander. We have stayed in various rooms on both sides and found them to be very nice, quiet and provided with everything you need to have a great vacation.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The check in process was super easy, and very informative. The two pools were a plus. The walk to the beach was way shorter than we thought. Alan, the beach service guy, was amazing. So genuine and nice! The ONLY thing I would say as a warning is that this condo is VERY family oriented. We didn't mind it, but if you're looking to do a quiet, relaxing couples getaway, this might not be your cup of tea. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you guys for a great stay!
