Islander Condo # 114 est une unité West View, Gold qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Cette unité est parfaite si vous voulez être près de la piscine et ne voulez pas vous battre contre les escaliers ou l’ascenseur. Il est à 10 mètres de la piscine et les marches du balcon sur l'herbe. Entrez dans notre paradis tropical idéalement situé pour un accès rapide et facile à la plage ou aux deux piscines de votre choix.

La cuisine a été récemment rénovée et comprend de nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, dont un réfrigérateur à double porte et de la glace dans la porte, de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, et est entièrement équipée avec tous les outils pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson. Rassemblez-vous autour de la table de salle à manger récemment reupholster qui peut accueillir 6 personnes ou détendez-vous dans le salon avec de nouveaux meubles et regardez la Smart TV 47 pouces avec accès au câble numérique et un lecteur Streaming Blue Ray. Il y a un canapé-lit queen disponible pour les invités.

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec une nouvelle literie moderne, un nouveau matelas et une télévision de 28 pouces avec un lecteur de streaming Blue Ray. La salle de bain a mis à jour la vanité, les comptoirs et une douche à l'italienne. La chambre d'hôtes dispose de 2 lits jumeaux en luge avec un mobilier moderne et d'une télévision 24 pouces avec magnétoscope. La salle de bain d'invité a été mise à jour avec une nouvelle vanité et des comptoirs. Le plancher est neuf dans tout le condo.

Profitez de votre terrasse au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur la piscine et le terrain de jeu de palets.

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying here! The pool was just steps from our back door. Parking space right on our front door. Few minutes from Destin Harbour Boardwalk. We really love the location of this apartment. Hopefully we will come back!

It did smell like smoke when we entered the condo even though there is a no smoking sign on the patio door. We didn't have any problems and would stay in this unit again.

Reviewer Comments: we have been staying at the islander about 11 years. and i was not happy about room 114. we had bugs the whole time. they looked like roaches. we went to the front desk every day to tell them and they said they would call someone to come out. they never came out to spray. someone said the bug was called something else i cant remember the name. but they were every where. on the counter tops all over the kitchen in our bathrooms. as much as we love coming here every year i just was upset having to deal with that. i did love how much sleeping space they had in the room though.

It doesnt get much worse

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at the ISLANDER a total of 9 times throughout the years. This time made it to where i will not be coming back. It has progressively gotten worse in the last 6 years and i wasnt able to vacation there in the last 2 years due to covid concerns and small children but this time was terrible. Dirty, dingy, falling apart, bugs, roaches, loud rude people, rude staff, overpriced, i will not be coming back and i used to love this place.

our awesome time in Destin, Florida

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Islander Resort in Destin, Florida for 18 wonderful days in February. We had a great time. Our Condo was fully equipped and the furniture was so comfy. The condo had a great king bed in the master bedroom, an awesome huge bathroom and a huge closet. the pools, hot tubs and the grounds were well taken care of and everything about the Islander was very nice and we are planning on making it our vacation destination every time we go to Florida.

Having bunk beds in the spare bedroom was unexpected & NOT pictured in the photos of the room. There was ice left in the freezer & caused the fridge to smell like FISH. There was NOT a broom in the condo & we found a dirty plate behind the night stand in the master. The cleaning was NOT worth the $$$ you pay.

TOO MUCH LOUD MUSIC

Something has to be done about loud music at grill area. for the past 3 yrs,Fri & Sat crowds take over and play music way to loud. couldn't hear ourselves talk Friday night. Please post signs under pavilion. if there is a sign about no loud music, then we have the right to call the front desk.

Other than that a very nice unit. Enjoyed my first try with very friendly and patient pickle ball group, played almost every morning from 10-12. Got to meet a lot of friendly people from Michigan, Canada,Wisconsin,Minnesota,Iowa,Indiana,and North Dakota.

This time I was displeased with the Furniture in condo 114. It was dated and ALL mattresses were in poor condition and made for an uncomfortable sleep, including the sofa bed! Very uncomfortable mattresses! Everything else was wonderful, I just wouldn't recommend that unit number. Thanks for listening!

Keep up the good work. Great value for being on the beach. My only suggestion, you need to monitor how many people are staying in the rooms. Some rooms were very noisy. Our winter stay at the Islander

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have enjoyed staying at the Islander from Nov until Apr for the past seven years. We had some problems with our condo this year r/t leaking bathroom pipes in the condo above us. The guest bathroom ceiling was in poor shape and really an embarrassment when used by our guests. The tennis courts and pickle ball courts were in poor shape and these are 2 activities that we enjoy doing. There was a lot of construction going on for most of our stay.
