Great house with all you need to relax and enjoy

The house is absolutely gorgeous with 4 wonderful bedrooms and a terrific pool that was hard to keep the children out of. We had a few barbecues and it was near to our immediate family and local attractions. Couldn't have selected a better place to stay.

Property is well maintained and well equipped as outlined in the listing. Owner responded quickly to questions before our arrival and assisted immediately to correct and issue with the hot water in one of the bathrooms.

Time away with family. We had the best time. Was perfect spot to be able to do and go anywhere. The house is relaxing and welcoming. And when you just want to relax from life this is the place to do it. Will be coming back. Had a little miss communication about the house not being ready. But mistakes happen

Awesome home

This is the second time that we have stayed at Duncan’s home and once again it did not disappoint. We did have a little hiccup on trying to get the door unlocked but Duncan was easy to get ahold of and got it straightened out quickly. We live this home. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close proximity to a lot of different things. We will back again for sure.

Vacation Part II

We had a great time enjoying our 2nd half of vacation at your home. The house was extremely clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Our boys (husband and I also) loved playing in the pool. We also enjoyed having the use of the garage. Since our SUV is completely black and the temps were in the high 90’s. Thank you for a very fun and relaxing vacation! The Kramer’s.

Nice place to stay

Everything was great. Only thing was that on the pictures it looks like a big backyard but its not really got one, but it was ok because we mostly stayed in the pool.

Our 2nd stay here

We stayed here in 2019 and had reservations to go back in 2020 because we loved it so much. Due to COVID we had to cancel. We just went back in 2023 and couldn't have been more pleased. We have zero complaints about this place.

My slice of heaven!!

This house is huge, pictures do not do it justice. I absolutely loved my four weeks here but the icing on the cake was the pool. Having arthritis. It was a godsend for me to be able to swim at least once, if not twice a day. The house was spotless. Location was great. I will be back.!!

Great vacay

We really enjoyed the house, the location, the proximity to food and entertainment and especially the pool! Did not want to leave your pool. Had everything we needed for meals, plenty of towels and products. Only complaint I have was one day I was relaxing in the master bedroom with the curtains open. Someone randomly came riding up the street on a lawnmower and proceeded to mow the lawn. As he rounded the back of the house he kept looking into the rooms. I felt creeped out by this but it didn’t ruin my day. Guess the lawn needed mowing. Great location for the beach and especially the springs. All beds except the master suite could use an upgrade according to my kids. Hope to be back again someday.

Home away from home

We had another great stay. Plenty of room and the pool was delightful. One knob on the stove(for the oven)was broke and another one wouldn’t turn but we used the other 3 eyes. Thank you so much for sharing your home!! It is absolutely our home away from home.

6 Day Stay in Spring Hill for My brothers wedding

Visiting from New Jersey my family and I needed a place to stay. This home was very spacious and extremely clean. The contents of the home included everything needed to cook, even a garlic press! It has a large laundry room, an extremely large master bedroom and 2 spacious living rooms. It really had all the comforts of home. There were even pool floats and a cooler in the garage. The pool was very clean and received a lot of sunlight despite the fact that it backed up to a lot of tress and bushes. The home is much brighter than it appears in the photos. The home was very bright and the decor was not modern but extremely comfortable and very homey. My only suggestions for the homeowner is to replace the one mattress in the back bedroom as it is very worn (springs could be felt when sleeping on it), update the stove (we could not get the oven to light), and to replace the outdoor grill. Stovetop worked great. All the bathrooms were very clean as well. I still give this home 5 stars because it is a beautiful clean home and the homeowner always got back to me right away!

The property was constructed in the mid 90's as a family holiday home and I used to spend my vacation time in Florida. Originally from the UK, I am the only owner of the home and it has been well looked after over the years. I now live in South Florida with my family but still love to visit Spring Hill when the opportunity arises. It is nice to get away and relax whenever possible.
