Villa Gaia Residence (formerly Ada 2) is the larger sister villa to Ada 1, and situated in an elevated position behind it. Where luxury comes as standard in these extra large spacious villa, as does a mini-gym, pool table and table tennis. Gaia Residence is a spacious 6 bedroom property. Accommodating up to 12 guests in 6 en-suite bedrooms, this property offers a private swimming pool, gym, and for guests staying in the master suite, a freestanding Jacuzzi bath. Larger groups could book this villa with Ada 1 to provide accommodation for a total of 20 people. The villas are in a convenient location, just a 15 minute walk from Kalkan’s town centre, and around 5 minutes from the nearest shops and restaurants. There is parking available outside the villas.

Lower Ground Floor
Once inside the villa, there are stairs down to the lower ground floor with the open plan lounge area with comfy sofas, flat-screen TV and leads out onto the private garden with covered dining area and pool table. Off the lounge is a double, en suite bedroom and at the other end of the lounge is the sauna plus utility and laundry room.

Ground floor
The living area is large, open plan and incorporates all the features you’d expect in a villa of this caliber such as large flat screen satellite TV, free wifi, and lovely views. The modern contemporary kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, and opens out onto the poolside split level terraces with wonderful infinity pool.

First Floor
2 double en-suites and 1 twin en-suite, all with sea view balconies. The master bedroom is really spacious, and includes a raised decked area with a sink and free-standing jacuzzi bathtub. A large private balcony is off the bedroom.

Top floor
The top floor is dominated by a superb second master bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double basins and double WC’s plus a double Jacuzzi bathtub in front of a sea view feature window. Step out onto the spacious roof terrace with beautiful sea views, comfortable seating and another Jacuzzi tub
