Villa Minetti is a beautiful new three bedroom villa with a private pool and is the place for peace and tranquility under the lovely Kefalonian sunshine. Mt Aenos makes a spectacular backdrop and the blue Ionian sea dominates the frontal views, towards Zakynthos. There is plenty of privacy and space to lounge around the pool side or relax on the outdoor sofa in the shade. Plus a 6-hole miniature golf to enjoy and practice your stroke. Villa Minetti offers comfortable and easy holiday living.



Location

Between the lush area of Trapezaki and Lourdas village where either beach is easily accessible. We have heard that the short trek downhill to Kanali Beach is well worth the walk. With plenty of beaches as well as tavernas in the area there is no need to travel very far away from the villa. Yet if you wish to explore other parts of the island north or south, getting there from Villa Minetti is very easy by car.

Swimming Pool - Tiled, 8m x 4.40m private pool with ladder entry. Depth 1m - 1.74m.

Sea View Pool Terrace - Tiled terrace with sun beds and a large umbrella as well as outdoor sun chairs.

Sea View Covered Dining Terrace - Spacious tiled terrace furnished with a large built in “L” shaped bench sofa with large cushions and coffee table. Large table with chairs. A free standing barbecue and shower.

Garden - Hammock, 6-hole Mini golf and grassy areas bordered by Cyprus trees and natural stone walls.

Ground Floor

Open plan living room -

Sitting area - Chairs with coffee table by the fireplace, Plasma TV (limited channels/news only), DVD, X-box, Air-con unit.

Dining Area – Round dining table with seating for 6, two French doors that lead to and overlook the terrace with pool and sea views.

Kitchen Area – Smart black cupboards with white countertops, double sink, 4 ring electric hob, full electric oven, microwave, espresso maker (Nespresso original capsules), fridge freezer, dishwasher and a window with a side garden view.

Family Bathroom - Wash hand basin, WC and washing machine.

Double Bedroom with en suite bathroom – Double bed, windows overlooking the pool and garden. French doors to pool terrace. Full sized bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin, WC.

Air-con unit.



First Floor

Double Bedroom with en suite bathroom - 1 double bed, smartly tiled bathroom with shower attachment, wash hand basin, WC. Windows with sea views and French doors to the side sea view balcony. Air-con unit.

Twin Bedroom with en-suite bathroom - 2 single beds, smartly tiled bathroom with shower attachment, wash basin and WC. Windows with sea view and door to sea view balcony. Air-con unit.



Housekeeping

Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.

For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.

For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.

Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.

7th Person the extra bed is a simple folding bed, suitable for a child or person under 50KG.



Parking - There is space for parking inside the villa grounds.
