PROPERTY DISCRIPTION;
Tenerife Villas Online offer you this beautiful 3 Bedroom Villa located on a unique private complex. It has multiple different private & communal terraces with wonderful views, communal pool and large communal grounds surrounded by beautiful typical Canarian gardens. It has been furnished to a high standard and decorated superbly throughout.
The property is situated all on one level and is also wheelchair friendly. As you enter the villa it brings you through to the open planned lounge/dining area/kitchen. There is also patio doors leading onto the large private terrace. Off the lounge you will find the dining area that has tables and chairs with a glass table.Also in the accommodation is 1 heater for winter time if needed. All bedrooms are spacious, contain fitted wardrobes and have been fully equipped and tastefully decorated.
Outside in the large private terrace it is set out in a beautiful garden space, consisting of artificial grass, beautiful plants/trees and ceramic tiles. The terrace has amazing views of the sea and the surrounding landscape of the south of Tenerife. Terrace itself has a shaded pergola with outdoor tables and chairs for 6 guests for â al frescoâ style of dining with a built in BBQ. Also it has sun loungers, and a shaded seating area for chilling out. The terrace area is set out stunningly and is an incredible place to unwind and make yourself feel at home.
This villa has a communal pool with sun loungers and access to unique garden areas. There are also shaded pergolas around the pool with artificial grass and a shower. This property tops it off with its remarkable location and views, making this home a memorable place and perfect for a relaxing holiday.
