We had an amazing stay at this apartment with our family of five (including three kids). The location is excellent and we walked everywhere and did not need to take the metro or cab. Everything was clean and safe. We would stay here again!

Fantastic location

Had a great 3 day stay here. The location was fantastic - we have never been to Madrid before and this was perfect. Close to all the action but away from tourists and noise. Quiet neighborhood with many options for food, cafes! Highly recommend staying here if you are planning on exploring Madrid !

Great Location, Great Stay

The location was great for a tourist. 15 minutes or less walk and you are in the heart of the tourist area. In a quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping and restaurants. This was a well-appointed, very clean apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in the Calle del Almendro neighborhood. The flat was in a great area with many shops and restaurants. It was convenient to Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace.

Great place in a great location

Having stayed in a different area on a previous visit to Madrid, this is definitely the best area to stay. Surrounded by tapas bars and only a short walking distance from all major areas of the city. Apartment not huge but enough space for 4 adults, clean and nicely furnished. We will certainly be booking this apartment again on next visit.

The apartment was in La Latina area, ideally situated to explore Madrid.The apartment was nicely laid out for two couples sharing and although we were on the third floor, we heard no noise. The aparmeny was clean and had a light, airy feel to it.

Comfortable stay in an excellent location

The check in process was easy with clear directions. The apartment was clean and in an excellent location, only a 5-7 min walk to Plaza Mayor with tons of restaurants and stores nearby. The sofa bed could use a newer/thicker mattress, but overall our family was comfortable. It was great to have the walking shower in both bathrooms for our elderly parents. A great value.

Texas Meets Madrid

My wife, three teenage sons, and I had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was very clean and bright and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is close to major attractions and the neighborhood is quiet. My only issue was that the mattress on the fold-out couch was not comfortable and it should not be used as a bed. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the location was excellent, the apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and attractively decorated. Because each bedroom had its own bathroom it was ideal for two couples. The owners were quick to respond to an issue with leaking water.

Central location. Easy access to lots of small grocery stores / bodegas, restaurants and transportation. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Big enough for my family, with 2 teenagers and 2 adults. Communication with the property owners was great with quick response. Thankful we stayed here. We highly recommend it!

Perfect location and beautiful apartment

We had sch a good time in Madrid, we had a hard time leaving! The apartment is located in central area, easy access by walking to a number of emblematic sites, restaurants and bars. The check in was very easy, communications with owners impeccable. The apartment is very modern but located in an old charming and very well maintained building. Thank you Nayra and Alvaro for making our stay in Madrid a great experience!

Convenient and Quiet location

Great for two couples or small family. Easy walk to Plaza Mayor (3 or 4 blocks), mercado, nice reasonably priced restaurants and awesome churros and patatas fritas. Check by security code some no personal contact. Up to you if that is good or bad. Minimal steps to working elevator.

Loved it, Madrid on your doorstep

Very nice and light appartement in a lovely and very central neighbourhood. We could do everything on foot. The appartement was light and airy because of the double aspect, nicely decorated and two very small balconies. Two bathrooms is a luxury as was the lift. The location is perfect, very central and yet mostly quiet. Opposite a specialty coffee bar and a few doors further the nicest brunch-bar, yummie. Do visit the el restroom market on Sunday! As we were with two, we had plenty of space.
