The property is predominantly set on the ground floor with a staircase leading up to the converted attic bedroom which has a view of Godrevy Lighthouse and an en-suite shower room. Outside there is a great space to unwind and relax with a large wrap-around decking area that enjoys a lovely view of St Ives Bay and lots of comfortable seating. Sandbanks is close to the local amenities and has the added bonus of a gated pathway towards the bottom of the garden that allows easier access to Carbis Bay beach.
