Nice Accommodation

We were a family of 6 adults and stayed for 3 nights. Accommodation is nice and spacious. It is close to a Metro Station. We did tours of Vesuvius/Pompeii and Amalfi Coast during the days and did not do much in Naples itself (except visiting nearby Spanish quarters and eating out locally in the evening), so can’t speak to how central it is for other locations but the Fort is nearby and it doesn’t take too long to get to the Central Station via Metro. Restaurants are available at a short walk. Tania, the host was available, communication was good, and she got an issue we had with toilet promptly fixed. Overall we are happy with our stay.

Great location and fabulous host!

My mother, sister and I spent 4 nights in Tania’s wonderful apartment. The location is perfect to reach all of the major sights and neighborhoods of Napoli. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and Tania is a perfect host! I would love to return.

Naples Weekend

Great apartment in a fantastic location in the centre of Naples. Very spacious and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. Tania as host was excellent, very friendly and efficient, even had the apartment ready for us early on arrival. I would highly recommend this property.

Maples trip

Excellent apartment close to the port and surrounding amenities bars, restaurants and sight seeing. Easy walking distance to metro. Communication with owners very good. Would recommend to anyone visiting Naples

Lovely, Large, and Located Condo

This lovely condo is large and located in a great area. It is amazing how big the condo is. It is conveniently located to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The booking, communication, and check-in were great. Tania was a wonderful host from beginning to end. She met us there to explain everything and had some good recommendations. We would stay there again if we go back to Naples. If you go to Naples, be extremely careful when crossing the busy streets because the motorcyclists are crazy!

One week in a beautiful flat!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment and in Naples. The Flat was more than we imagined and we had a beautiful week living there. Everything is very clean and comfortable! The host is also very sweet and easy to contact during the stay, we felt really at home in the flat.

Tania our host was excellent, she was very accommodating regarding our entry time. The flat had everything we needed in a location near to lots of Naples fantastic attractions. We certainly hope to return sometime soon.

Perfect gateway to Napoli

This is a lovely apartment near the Castle Nuevo and the Port in Naples. It is within walking distance of most of the sites and fun areas of the city. The apartment is large, sunny and well equipped. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one a bath. The kitchen has a large table and is well equipped. There are 20 marble stairs (with a landing) to get to the elevator. The only problem we had was that Naples is full of mosquitos in raining, wet water, so we had a lot of them. Bring insect repellent (DEET) if you are in spring through early fall.

Spacious and well appointed apartment in a fun distraction of Napoli!

Tania was the perfect hostess! The apartment is spacious, clean and well appointed. We were spoiled with space and efficient air conditioning systems. The comfortable sofas were the best spots to rest up after a full day of visiting Naples. Many tasty restaurants were mere minutes away, so was a grocery store and the metro. Naples is a great city, its people are friendly and the food is amazing (the prices are very reasonable). I would recommend this apartment without any hesitation thanks to Tania’s attention to details and to her guests.

Great Host!

This is a true 4-bedroom apartment - very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is a short walk or metro ride to all the popular areas. The kitchen was well equipped, and the air conditioning units were brand new, which was wonderful since the temp was 90 degrees every day. The washing machine was also brand new and clothes dried very quickly on the clothes rack. Tania was a pleasure and very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely stay at this property again

Wonderful start to our vacation!

Tania was a wonderful host! We were running late getting there to meet her and were quite frazzled by the time we arrived and she was very gracious. She showed us around, left us a bottle of Prosecco and invited us to stay later than the check-out time since no one was arriving after us. We really appreciated the huge space and we were all very comfortable during our 3 nights in Naples. Thank you again, Tania! What a lovely welcome to Italy!

A great Place to Visite Napoli

We have been 5 adults at the age of 23 - 72. Although the Appartement ist on the 5th floor we had no Problems climbing the stairs ,but it is great to use the elevator coming back tired from a days journy. The Appartement is clean an big enough for 8 people with a big table in the kitchen.Tania is a very kind and helpful host and we enjoyed her restaurant advise.Its a Great Place to visit the town by Metro and walking.I am glad we had no car.There is so much to see that a week ist too short. Thank You for nice Holidays.

Great apartment in Naples

The host, Tania, is amazing! Great, prompt communication before and during stay. She checked in several times during the week to make sure we didn’t need anything. Property is clean, well decorated, cool air in all rooms, well stocked kitchen. Location ideal for quick access to metro, bus ferry, sites, restaurants, and shopping! Tania goes above and beyond to make guest welcome - bottle of Prosecco nice touch! Disclosure - there are steps to elevator but key to use it! Thanks Tania!

very nice place

We chose the place for the space, lots of it. The dining room/kitchen was the center of our gatherings. We used the living room to chill too. With so much food nearby, we didn't do much cooking, I suppose you could. The location is perfect, with a taxi station and the metro within a block or two. We really appreciated having A/C in each room. Being energy conscious, we turned it off in rooms not being used or if we left the apartment. Having an elevator is a plus, keep in mind that to get to it, there is a flight of stairs first, not a problem. There are four bedrooms, so it could accommodate a large group. There were only three of us, and we enjoyed the large common spaces. We like the layout and the fact that you could isolate areas, lots of doors.

This property was PERFECT for our family!

My husband, adult kids, partners, and I returned to Napoli after 25 years for a family holiday. This apartment served as our home base for local adventures and had everything we needed! The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was efficient. The shower was hot and the other bathroom had a very nice soaking tub. The kitchen had everything we needed, and she had coffee three ways available. The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from a grocery store, pharmacy, and the Metro so we could take the train to Pompeii. We were walking distance from amazing restaurants, and the port was about 10 minutes walk. Our host was terrific! She was kind and friendly, interested in our plans and our safety. She was the best communicator, so nothing was left out as we made our arrangements and we could receive the property promptly when we arrived. The apartment is on the fifth floor in a very old building, but it has a lift retrofitted in, and it was very helpful to us. You need 20 Euro cents to operate it. Our family had a great stay, and hope to come back in a few years, planning our trip around this property's availability.

Great location for activities

We loved Tania’s energy and her communication with us during our stay. Our location to venture around was great as the Metro and taxis were available if needed. The apartment was large and comfortably laid out. She took her time to give us a map and answered any questions we had about where landmarks were. Our biggest challenge as 55 and above, and one with a cane, was to bring suitcases up 20 steps to get to the elevator.. Our expectation was to walk in and have an elevator from the ground floor. Tania met us at check in and lugged a few of our bags up the 20 stairs…The sturdiest of us did our own, not waiting for her to return to get yet another bag.. We had hoped for more than 1 key for the 4 of us who travel at different paces, thus return at different times. We loved our stay but wished we were aware of the elevator and key situation.

Overall, this is a wonderful apartment: spacious, clean, and mostly well-appointed; we were quite comfortable and would go there again. However, there could be improvements: First, there was no extra toilet paper; we had to buy our own after the initial two rolls were used. (no paper towels either - we also bought those - no paper napkins.) Second, though there's a washer/dryer, there was no laundry detergent (we had to buy that), and the dryer plug and outlet were taped up, so the dryer was unusable. Third, though bath mats and towels were supplied, it would have been nice to have had more of them. (Perhaps we were supposed to have washed them without detergent and an unusable dryer.) Fourth, there was only ONE kitchen towel; more were needed. Fifth, there was scarcely any dishwashing liquid, and there was only a previously used sponge and washing rag for dishes. (as a physician I'm aware sponges are rife with bacteria, as was the spongy washing rag.) Sixth, though perhaps I should have listed this first: Though there is an elevator, one must climb 21 (twenty-one steps) to get to it. Lugging baggage up these steps was not fun.

Un appartement immense, 4 chambres et tout le confort, idéalement situé à proximité du quartier espagnol.Tout Naples est accessible facilement et on a profité d’une journée pour visiter l’île de Procida, petite mais magnifique car protégée du tourisme de masse.
