The Creamery Cottage

Creamery Cottage is our brand new cottage nestled in a quiet residential area located less than 5 miles from York City Centre. This outstanding property has been renovated to an exceptionally standard throughout. York City Centre is roughly a 10-15 minute drive away traffic dependant, however there is also a bus stop just a few minutes walk down the road that takes you directly in the centre, making access easy if you do not drive. Sleeping 8 guests, this cottage is perfect for any type of stay in York. Heading down the private lane to get to Creamery cottage you will instantly see the generous gated driveway with sufficient space to park up to 4 cars. Upon entering this magnificent property, to your left you will find a cosy living space, equppied with a large wall mounted smart tv, comfortable sofas including a Double sofa bed to provide extra sleeping space for 2 guests, there is also a Gas fire to sit and enjoy a cosy night in on the colder nights! There is a separate dining area, suitable for 4 guests, following onto a lovely bright conservatory with extra seating. Turning right in the front door you will find a spacious kitchen area with high quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven etc. The kitchen is modernly decorated and fully equipped with all the cutlery and crockery you could need to make a home cooked meal. There is also a downstairs toilet for your convenience. In the next room you will find a small area with a washing machine and dryer, an extra sink and a wine and beer fridge, this follows onto a magnificent games room, with an ice hockey table/ pool table, comfortable seating and a large wall mounted smart tv.
Making your way upstairs you will find a spacious family bathroom, with modern tiling throughout and a luxury walk in shower with a separate bath. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, the first being a double bedroom. The second bedroom is a super king bed which has the added option to be split into 2 singles upon request. The final bedroom has a standard super king bed with an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Each bedroom has extremely high quality furnishings, fitted wardrobes with plenty of space, large wall mounted smart Tvs and perfectly comfortable beds to collapse in after a busy day exploring the beautiful city that Is York. Hotel quality bed linen and towels are provided throughout your stay, along side a hairdryer and iron and ironing board, providing you the option to pack lightly and still have everything you could need for any length of stay. Free high speed WIFI will also be provided throughout the duration of your stay. This property is dog friendly and will allow dogs for an extra fee. There is also lovely outdoor seating/ dining area to seat up to 6 guests with a bench to seat an extra 2 people, this outdoor area looks out onto the country side. This beautiful cottage really does have everything you could possibly want or need when looking for somewhere to stay in York, the exterior of the building itself is pleasing to the eye and it just gets better and better throughout. Truly a perfect place to stay in York with all the home from home comforts you could wish for.
