La Mar - FRONT LINE LUXURY VILLA WITH SEA & BEACH VIEWS

La Mar is a large family villa, sleeping 6 people, with stunning beach and sea views across the bay of Cala en Porter. While this is a newer listing on VRBO, the property has already hosted many happy guests and received wonderful feedback over the years.
The views are simply breath-taking and its prestigious position, set high upon the cliff, offers stunning panoramic views of the popular and extremely picturesque beach with its crystal clear, turquoise waters with beautiful white sand. The property also benefiting from uninterrupted sun sets that warm the soul as time stands still, a truly unbeatable back-drop, perfect for any occasion. La Mar offers privacy, with its own pool and plenty of terrace options for relaxing and dining. If you are considering Menorca as a holiday option, La Mar has to be on your shortlist.

Swimming pool and BBQ:

The garden surrounding the heated swimming is pretty and colourful and frames the stunning sea views beautifully. There is a large dining table with suitable seating for 6, as well as a lounging space, sun loungers for all guests and two parasols. The sunsets from the terrace are truly magical.

Please note: The swimming pool heater will be subject to an additional charge of €100.00 per week, should any guests require it to be switched on. Please request this in advance, as it normally takes a couple of days to warm up to temperature.

From the kitchen is a built-in BBQ, perfect for relaxed summers evenings cooking at home and enjoying the terrace.

Inside the Villa:

This villa is Non-Smoking inside. The living areas within La Mar are open plan. The unique circular lounge has large arched windows, framing the sea and beach views perfectly. The BBQ is accessed via the backdoor in the kitchen.

Siesta Time:

The bedrooms consist of a Master bedroom with en-suite, views onto the terrace and sea from the double doors leading to a private terrace. The second and third bedrooms are both twins, with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, sharing a family bathroom. All linen, shower towels and beach towels are provided upon arrival.

When you arrive:

La Mar is positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac. The villa is gated, secure and private with a space for off-street parking. There is a large arrival hall through the front door.

Villa Location and Features:

All the amenities (such as bars, restaurants, children’s play areas, cafes, etc) of this popular resort are an easy 10 minute walk, including pedestrian access to the resort’s beach. The airport is a quick 15 minute car journey away, along with the beautiful and historic capital, Mahon. Also, within Cala en Porter is the famous Cova d’en Xoroi, where you can enjoy sunset cocktails a cold beer or dance the night away in its famous nightclub. The villa is unique, with a fresh interior. It comes fully equipped, as well as air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living area, heated, private swimming pool and FREE WIFI. Children are very welcome and a baby cot / sheets and a highchair are all available at no extra charge.

Want to venture into Mahon or Alaior? There is a daily bus service which runs every hour (apart from siesta time). We do advise hiring a car if you wish to explore the island in more detail. We have plenty of ideas, suggestions, and places to explore, as well as personal recommendations, which you can find in the villa welcome pack.
