It features an open-plan layout combining a contemporary kitchen with a comfortable living area, including a flat-screen TV with Fire Stick for streaming, a cozy sofa, a dining table for up to four guests, and a small balcony overlooking the buildingâs inner courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave. The apartment also offers a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a convenient second bedroom with a single bed, and a thoughtfully designed bathroom with a rainfall shower.

Throughout this neighborhood there are floors with high ceilings, hydraulic floors and spectacular entrances with modernist features. Leaving your home and having the most beautiful buildings in town a few meters away, is priceless. You can not stop walking the entire Passeig de Gracia or stopping to contemplate the great houses of Catalan modernism: La Pedrera, La Casa BatllĂł, Casa LleĂł Morera and Casa Atmetller, among other stunning buildings.
Getting Around:
Cars can stop for a while just in front. Nearest metro stop is Passeig de GrĂ cia (L3 y L4, trains).
