Située dans le lotissement familial Emeraude I, cette maison a tout pour plaire. La maison est sur 2 niveaux avec suite parentale avec balcon privé situé à l'étage. 4 autres chambres sont situées au rez-de-chaussée - 2 des chambres ont des lits King size; 1 chambre avec 2 lits doubles; et 1 chambre avec 3 ensembles de lits jumeaux / lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de téléviseurs à écran plat et le coin salon dispose d'une télévision ultra HD de 55 "avec lecteur Blu-ray et Internet haut débit. House propose également une barre de son qui est compatible avec les dents bleues. Le salon / cuisine est spacieux et joliment meublé. La cuisine comprend une cuisinière à gaz et un long bar avec des tabourets de bar. A une grande terrasse. Accès à pied facile à la plage. Situé près de la route d'entrée pour la conduite également. Linge de maison disponible moyennant des frais supplémentaires sur demande. Situé à côté de Casa Texas pour les grands groupes.

Amazing Views

Our (long) weekend stay was simply amazing. From check-in to check-out, the house exceeded our expectations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all the property was very nice. The few things we had issues with were no gate down the stairs we did have a dog with us and we did bring baby gates a elevator outside would have been nice to get coolers and luguage also mky 80 year old mom.I would also like to see the lights down the stairs working. over all nice house as we do this every year and possibly looking at next year. We do our family trip every year and in all the places we have never had to pay extra for sheets and the basic kitchen and bat needs(tp paper towles soap ect). Kitchen could use some better pans knives ect.

great location, visible mold and smell was bad. Not clean!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. Outside area was clean. Inside not so great. Mold smell when we walked in, dog hair all on the sectional couch, kitchen had food leaked down cabinets and stove. Was not swept or vacuumed. Upstairs had the worst mold smell,which later we found visible mold in this bathroom and room. I got on the phone and called Swedes when we first got there. I explained the issues with the cabin, she was not a pleasant person but she did offer to send a cleaning lady. I rejected and cleaned myself because we had already brought up all our stuff, and the kids we're all about to be there. Plus I couldn't chance the cleaning lady to actually clean when she didn't do it before arriving.

Our favorite for the $$$$

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of the GYpsy SOl. The nice front covered deck looks out on the waves. The second story deck is also lovely. The cabin needs some better pots and pans, and a little maintenance but is such a good experience overall for the money spent. The beach is just a few steps away.

Great location, needs lots of TLC and a good cleaning. Maintenance Man stated property is getting an overall update and cleaning in September. It definitely needs it

Beach House

We stayed in Galveston second week of July. This review has nothing to do with the hurricane that we were in. The house was somewhat clean. The upstairs looks like it had not been vacuumed because there were still little spurs in the carpet. We found a T-shirt in the garbage disposal. There were no toilet paper holders in the bathrooms. Something had been spilled in the freezer in a not been cleaned up. We chose to stay in the house during the hurricane and being without power. That was fine. However, the property manager only sent one email and never checked in on us overall we gave this house three out of five stars .

Great Father's Day Weekend at Gypsy Sol

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Door needs fixing very hard to push open. The handle broke off and had issues getting the TVs working but maintenance was there in a very short time and took care of the issues. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing.

The property was stocked with everything we needed to have a great 4 day weekend. Great space for my family of 13. The location was outstanding with immediate access to the beach.

Close to beach

Having all 16 of us under one roof was amazing. Waking up to the ocean out our front door was beautiful. The house did have enough plates, silverware and cups for 16 people. The linen fee was a bit ridiculous. I've never stayed at a VRBO without sheets, towels, kitchen towels or toilet paper!

Location is key!

I mean this is the perfect spot for a quick family vacation! The beach was clean and literally a 1 minute walk! Also the house was clean and had enough beds for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our 2nd time!

One of my favorite beach houses to rent! I just love this house. We have a toddler and a kid with us this time and we wish maybe you guys can put a gate at the top of the stairs. But overall we will definitely go back!

Girls Weekend Trip

Home was clean, well stocked with dishes/cookware. Only had one issue upon arrival and maintenance responded immediately. Check in and check out was easy and the ladies at Swede's are friendly and helpful for suggestions on what to do on the island. Will definitely use them again.
