The space
Welcome to our seaside escape, the perfect place to host your large family! With 6 bedrooms, everyone can have their own space. We are just a few steps from the beach, which is very convenient in case anyone in your family wants to chill either on the sand or on the house. Whether you're looking to play a round of mini-golf with your kids, join them for a round of foosball, air hockey and arcades, or to simply kick back and relax in our charming beach home, we've got you covered!

With two king size bedrooms beautifully designed for the ultimate relaxation, and one of them connected to a bunk room great for families with young children! Two with queen size beds with ample space with even a desk in case you need to do some work.

Inside the home you'll find a spacious living area with an open-floor plan and dining table for ten people. The open kitchen has eight additional stools situated beneath the large island for additional seating. Sure, eating at Crystal Beach's best restaurants is fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook for you and your family a nice dinner, or the perfect breakfast with our waffle maker station!

Step outside and enjoy our brand spanking new mini-golf course designed for family fun (and to drive a (sand)wedge between the competitive siblings). All pieces were sourced and curated from local antique and thrift shops to create the most unique experience in all of Crystal Beach.
Enjoy the views from the wraparound porch, equipped with electric blue chairs and tabletops that pop in front of the bright pink paneling.

Beneath the house is a beautiful wooden paradise, equipped with wooden furniture, wooden countertops, wooden ping pong table, and an area that I'd best describe as a cabana paradise!
While we don't offer cable, each tv is equipped with a Roku for watching all your guilty pleasures. So feel free to bring your own login and log in to any service you're subscribed to.

Also please note that while the home is equipped to host 20 people, we think the perfect group size is 16. We're happy to host all 20, but keep in mind it is a little cozier as it's a 2000 square foot home.

We also provide a pack 'n play for the little ones, because we're not monsters.

Other things to note:
- Trash pick up day is Thursday.
- While our internet is relatively reliable, it can occasionally get a little spotty due to the fact that it’s satellite internet. But you should always be able to stream your favorite tv shows just fine :)
- Only 4 cars max will fit at/under the house. Please do not park additional cars on neighboring property.
- Parties, smoking and pets are not allowed.

Additionally, if you are arriving after 10pm, please be mindful of noise out of respect for the neighboring homes.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole property. There are two storage closets that are used for our cleaners to store all the essentials which you will not have access to. One is in the Kitchen, the other one is in front of the laundry.

HOUSE RULES
Treat our home with respect and care for it as you would your own. No smoking or vaping, no drugs, and no unregistered guests. See our guidebook for more details on the house rules. We do not allow pets in this home. Only 5 cars can fit in the driveway. Quiet hours are form 10pm to 7AM

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT DETAILS
Easy self-check-in with a digital smart lock. Check in after 4 PM and check out by 10 AM. General checkout procedures are to lock the doors, close the windows, leave dishes clean or at least in the dishwasher, and leave used beds undone and used towels in the floor. Generally tidy up the place and leave it the way you found it. Nothing too complex :)

While you're here to enjoy the beach vibes, we also want to make you aware of the local wildlife that calls this area home. We've seen birds, mice, spiders, skunks and other critters at the property. Since we are located in the beach, there are occasionally some insects that can get inside the house if the doors or windows are left open.
