Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Pelican Post is a 4-bedroom, 3-and-a-half bath home that sleeps 14 comfortably. It is great for family vacations. This home is on a direct beach access road, making it just a quick trip down to the sand! You will enjoy sipping your favorite beverages from the two levels of decking, while viewing the beach and listening to the sound of the waves. This home has high-speed internet for your convenience to stay connected and stream your favorite movies and shows on the Smart TV's located in all bedrooms. You will love the coastal decor and upscale finishes in this recently remodeled beauty! The main floor features a kitchen and dining area with a large table with ample seating that's great for family meals. A small sitting area, with comfy seating and a television are also on this level. On the second level, you will find additional living space with multiple sofas, a large TV, and a gaming/poker table that is perfect for eating snacks or family game night! On the main level, there is a bedroom with a full-sized, bed with an attached full bathroom with walk-in shower. On the second level, you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with tub/shower combo. On the ground level, there is plenty of parking, covered gathering space, and room to grill (charcoal BBQ pit provided), as well as an outdoor sand shower that feels perfect after a long, fun-filled day at the beach! We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
Full Baths will have 2 roll toilet paper, trial size hand soap, beauty bar, shampoo, conditioner
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
