De toutes les unités, vous pouvez entendre le doux murmure des vagues déferlant sur le rivage et être à quelques pas des kilomètres de plages du Texas balayées par les vents.
Commencez votre journée avec une tasse de café et une belle promenade sur la digue tout en admirant un magnifique lever de soleil sur le golfe du Mexique. Plusieurs destinations de restauration et de divertissement sont des activités proches et populaires telles que la pêche sur la plage et la jetée; surfer, faire de l'équitation ou simplement se détendre et profiter du soleil sont au bout de vos doigts. Le tout nouveau parc aquatique Schlitterbahn est maintenant ouvert et se trouve à seulement 5 km. Si vous apportez un bateau, vous apprécierez l'accès à proximité aux rampes de mise à l'eau et au système de canaux, ici sur l'île.
Ce magnifique complexe offre également l'un des paramètres de piscine les plus sereins que vous trouverez et la piscine est chauffée pour le plaisir toute l'année. Lorsque vous êtes prêt à faire des souvenirs de famille, vous ne trouverez pas un meilleur complexe en bord de mer que El Constante.

INTÉRIEUR
Vous pouvez dormir 6 personnes dans ce condo facile à vivre, au deuxi��me étage sur deux niveaux, avec vue sur la plage, qui comprend un lit king size dans la chambre principale, un lit queen size dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon . Les deux chambres sont situées à l'étage et chacune possède sa propre salle de bain. En bas, vous trouverez la cuisine ouverte, le coin repas et le salon, ainsi qu’une demi-salle de bain.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L’invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable. Cette unité n'est pas les animaux de compagnie.

Great Vacation

Everything was good. The only negative was the property’s location on the listing. Vrbo listed it as in Port Aransas. Had I taken more time to do the research and read more reviews, I would have noticed it was in Corpus Cristi.

Reviewer Comments: Overall great experience, location cannot be beat!Some major downsides, access to the in-room washer and dryer was locked out with no guest access. The balcony sliding glass doors did not lock. The neighbors smoking marijuana traveled into the HVAC leaving our room smelling like dope. The fire alarm for the unit went off several times, the front office shrugged us off saying it was someone in the shower, maintenance was called and showed up almost two hours later, also triggered when we were checking out reason we were told the door was left open too long as we loaded luggage into the car.

One issue arose during our stay and while the initial contact from property manager was unacceptable, the manager immediately reached out and made it right. Appreciated that! Second time we have stayed and will probably stay again.

Walk to a beautiful beach

The LR furniture extrememely dirty but the condo overall was clean enough. The refrigerator took a long time to get cool. The stove needs to be replaced - crooked heating elements made it difficult to cook. The rental management was very helpful and friendly. Overall, my family and I had a great time!!

Only downside they are doing construction ( I wasn't told prior) but if you don't mind being woke up at 8am by loud banging on walls.. I would just ask before going they are doing updates. Great Beach Access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was great for our 3 day stay. Right on the beach and plenty of room for a family of 4. My only suggestions for improvement are more shower towels because 1 towel/person is not enough when there isn't a washer or dryer in the room, and a dust pan with a broom would have been nice, so we could very easily clean up the sand. I would definitely stay here again for a weekend trip.

Location is great

Furnishings are a little threadbare, there are holes in the walls and the towel rod in the master bathroom is about to fall off of the wall. Kitchen is updated but electric range made me glad we weren't planning on cooking. The location is wonderful, you can listen/watch the waves roll in from 2 of the balconies. Nice pool area. Walk through the pool area and down to the beach.

Not Cleaned

Upon arrival, we noticed that the floors were gritty. We brushed it off as we already had sand on our shoes. Then we unpacked and noticed that there were skittles under a decorative table, there we’re nail clippings on the floor, a fishing line weight (of which we didn’t bring any fishing supplies), a pill, battery and popped popcorn underneath the master bed. The sheets in the master seemed to have some sort of remnants of a scab, which were felt upon entering the sheets. During this current time we live in, we expected a higher level of cleanliness for the condo, this condition was unacceptable. When I called the property manager, they were very quick with a response to send housekeeping. The house keepers shower up 10 mins later, they entered the room and were shocked that we were still here. I told them it was fine, I wanted to show them the areas of concern. The housekeepers were teenage girls, I was expecting a contracted company with uniforms. They seemed frazzled by the areas of concern, stating that this condo was cleaned by them and they had fully detailed. I can say, I was not impressed, this is the last time we want to stay at this condo. I appreciate the quick response of the property manager, the location of the property, as well as all the other amenities. Yet, my expectations fell very short by all the dirt and remnants that were not cleaned. I also documented pictures, that I would like to share, in regards to all of my findings.

Property was great; beach was a disappointment

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has rented a condo at El Constante for decades and have always had a wonderful experience. This year was different. The PROPERTY was just fine and the staff was great. It was the BEACH that was such a disappointment. Cars, cars, CARS! We pay the premium to stay at El Constante because of the wonderful access to the beach, but our beach time was a disappointment. If we go again it will be after Labor Day and not on a weekend.

Reviewer Comments: My husband decided to take me away for a few days we have always stayed at El constante and have enjoyed our stay it has always met our standards. since 2017 I was very disappointed to find appliance need to updating such as dishwasher and stove.couch armrest, wall of frigerator and wall had food. not to mention that the coffee grains were left in the coffee pot from previous vacationers. towel rack in bathroom broken.toilet dishes dirty. Very disappointing ☹️

Perfect for families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is a great space for a family - plenty of room! You can go to the beach and never have to use your car, so no vacuuming out sand when you’re finally home and tired. It’s a short walk even for little ones. They have a few games in the living room and about every kitchen tool you can think of. If you want coffee, there’s a pot, but you do need to bring your own. There are stairs leading to the front door so take note this unit actually takes up the second and third stories, which equates to fantastic views! Whoever decorated did a fantastic job - I would move in here if I could! We came the first weekend they opened after covid closures and we had to wait a bit for our units even though it was after the check in time of 4pm. I would have thought the units would all be completely ready to go since no one had been staying there, but, truly, that was the only downside to our visit. Irritating since we had to sit in the car waiting, but overall, no regrets and we’ll be back.
