We booked this condo on a whim. Increase the property was clean and well-maintained throughout all areas. The condo was cute, comfy clean and had everything that we needed. We will return!

I know that there is a preferences on the mattress but this was rock hard and I did unfortunately not get the best sleep during my stay.

Our team works to tag any unauthorized vehicles or golf carts that are parked outside of the assigned parking area and these are also tagged by our after-hours security guard, however with many guests coming and going, some vehicles can end up parked incorrectly temporarily! We apologize for the noisy neighbors upstairs. Fortunately, these are short-term rental properties so the guests change frequently and this is not typically a problem. First time at El Constante

Beautiful Property & Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a Beautiful Property and a Wonderful Location. The Staff was just Awesome and very Professional, Courteous and Helpful. The Condo itself was Clean and Well Organized. Our only Issue we had from our Trip was With the Excessive Noise from the People who were Staying in the Condo Directly above us. Despite Repeated Requests by Management for the Occupants to be Respectful of Others who were Trying to Rest and Enjoy their Vacation, the People Persisted in their Rude, Loud Stomping and Running above our Heads. We had to leave to Come Home and Sleep in Peace. So again, Beautiful Place, Location and Facilities..... But Beware of Rude Neighbors with No Respect for Others.
