Our apartment is part of a large residential area with parks and olive trees in Bagnaia, a small town overlooking Portoferraio bay, on the north side of the island. From the apartment you can enjoy a picturesque panorama of Portoferraio and the lighthouse on the small Scoglietto Island.
Bagnaia beach is made of small pebbles smoothed by the sea and fine sand; it is ideal for those who prefer to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the nearby towns of Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri and Portoferraio in just a few minutes by car or by bus. The nearest bus stop is only 350 meters from the apartment.
The beach is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, pedal boats and motor boats rentals; sailing school, diving center; playground for children; downtown Bagnaia you can enjoy local specialties at numerous restaurants and pizza places; minimarket, newsstand; pharmacy; there is also an outdoor market every Sunday morning during the summer months.
Apartment for 4/5 people: Guests will enjoy a spacious apartment of approximately 110 square meters, with independent access via a small external staircase. The apartment features a large, comfortable living room with a digital TV, which opens onto a furnished terrace with a table and chairs. The kitchenette is fully equipped with three gas burners, an electric hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and a fridge with a small freezer. A corridor leads to the rest of the rooms: one double bedroom, one bedroom with a single bed, a third double bedroom, and a large paved outdoor area that can be accessed from the bedrooms. The apartment includes two bathrooms: one with a shower and a washing machine, the other with a bathtub. The furnishings are modern, functional, and designed for comfort. Heating is provided by electric heaters, and the main rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A private garage box completes the property.

You need to bring your own or rent at € 20 for person (to pay on arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100 (to be paid at the apartment, before the keys are handed over).
