Stunning newly renovated one bedroom with a huge UK superking size bed and great fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and all the pots/pans to make meals. A lovely comfy sofa and TV on the wall with regular TV channels as well as smart features (Netflix/Amazon Prime). Bathroom with floor to ceiling marble and large shower unit with a rain shower. It is a lovely place to call home while in London, 5-6mins walk to Earls Court tube stop and M&S supermarket nearby. South Kensington is about a 10mins walk with lots of lovely restaurants. The flat also benefits from its proximity to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace.

Professionally cleaned to a very high standard. All linen is professionally cleaned and ironed for every visit.

Lovely London Flat

This flat is a comfortable cozy refuge after time in the busy city. We enjoyed our one week stay. Owner is attentive and helpful. Lovely neighborhood within walking distance to many sites. Highly recommend!

A gem of a location!

Can’t begin to express how perfect our stay was. The location was perfect and easily accessible to the Earl’s Court tube station. Annabelle was easily accessible and made check in so smoothe. The flat was pristinely clean, can’t recommend this spot enough!

Perfect Flat for 2 in Beautiful Neighborhood

My wife and I stayed here for a few days and were EXTREMELY happy with our choice! The owner was easy to get in touch with if we had questions and provided all the information needed for a quick and stress-free check-in/check-out. The flat is perfect for 2 people, clean, modern and comfortable. Perfect location on a quiet street and only a short walk to the Gloucester Road and Earl's Court tube stations. We wouldn't hesitate to book this property again or refer friends/family!

Superb Flat in a Lovely Neighbourhood

This flat is even more impressive than the photos show. We stayed there for 12 nights. The flat is in a lovely building and neighbourhood and is close to Earl’s Court tube station, M&S Foods, pubs and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated, has high end appliances, a really comfortable king size bed, large luxurious towels and lots of closet space. The kitchen has everything you would ever need. The property manager was a joy to work with - shared excellent check-in and general information about the flat well in advance. She provided timely and thorough responses to any questions we had prior to arriving. Our stay in London was that much better when we had such a lovely place to come back to in the evening. We would highly recommend this flat for a couple and would stay here again if possible.

Unhealthy Living

This basement flat is nicely finished and furnished but lacks natural ventilation and has no views. It was claustrophobic. The flat is unhealthy and both my wife & I vacated it after 8 days feeling decidedly ill. The building has a small elevator but this does not go down to basement level. To transfer our heavy luggage required us to move up and down around 30 steps. If we'd known its environment before making a selection we would never have booked it. Unfortunately, we have never had a more uncomfortable and unpleanant stay.

Unfortunately this guest was a nightmare from start to finish, she was so rude to me it made me so upset. Her comments are completely untrue, the flat has been designed by a designer and as you can see from the photos it has two doors (one in sitting room/one in bedroom) that open up to an outside courtyard so not sure what she meant about the ventilation, also we do not advertise there is a lift as it is only one small flight of stairs down to the flat so not needed, I offered to cancel if she wanted to find another place to stay and she declined and said it was fine, I think she made an error in the booking as she kept asking me about the patio chairs and table which in no way have I ever said there were, the bedroom is a super king and it has very high ceilings for a London property so is lovely and airy. Think she is not used to living in a major capital city so not sure what she was expecting London flats to be like but in no way is the listing mis-leading in anyway. Not sure why she felt the need to give me a bad review for her mistakes.

Lovely Flat with a Great Host

This flat was very nicely appointed and had everything we needed. Annabelle was super responsive, even having a telephone number to reach quickly (which came in handy when we had a slight snag finding the lock box to get in to the apartment). She even managed to arrange extra early check in for us so we could go straight from the airport to the flat. Huge bonus after a long flight with luggage. But was also super responsive to all my inquiries prior to arrival. The bed was a huge bonus. Very large (my husband is 6’5”) and SUPER comfortable. Lots of cupboard space for all our clothing. All the tv channels available were also a big bonus. Apple, Netflix, BBC, etc. The location was also very good, just west of central London. A very quiet and peaceful street. A short walk to Earl’s Court tube station (10 mins tops) and then just a 15-20 minute tube ride directly into central London for daily sightseeing. We could also walk to Hyde Park (Royal Albert Hall, Princess Di Memorial, Kensington Palace, etc) We would highly recommend this flat. Thank you, Annabelle!

Excellent location for this flat. Very close to the tube station and several restaurants. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Clean and neat and well equipped with appliances. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great flat in good location

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable for a couple. 5-minute walk to the Earls Court underground station with access to the line that directly goes to most tourist stops. Numerous pubs and affordable restaurants in the neighborhood. Very responsive and helpful manager. Well equipped with everything we really needed. Nice to have a dishwasher. Only minor negative is no clothes dryer to go with the washing machine - there is a folding drying rack and we managed fine.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a truly stunning property, it is located down a quiet residential road just behind the very convenient Earls Court and also is about a 5min walk to Gloucester Road tube stop (Circle and District Lines). Also it is about a 15min walk to the Natural History Museum, Albert Hall and the V&A. The owner has done it up very nicely and has owned it for years, they now use it occasionally and so do their family but otherwise it is available for guests, they have great pride in it and very high standards.
