Spécial Novembre - Prix Réduit - Casa Elena ~ Villa 3 Chambres (2 Maîtres)

Faites votre valise et apportez vos tongs !!! CASA Elena est située à l'extrémité nord de la communauté fermée très recherchée dans la phase 2 de Playacar. L'EMPLACEMENT est ce dont il s'agit. Cette villa récemment rénovée est située dans la communauté VILLAS DEL MAYAB. Cette communauté est le groupe de villas le plus proche de Playa del Carmen, de la mer des Caraïbes et même du ferry pour Cozumel.

Playa del Carmen est au sud de Cancun au Mexique et abrite de nombreux quartiers commerçants et restaurants. La célèbre 5th Ave. est à quelques minutes de la Villa et votre choix de nombreux restaurants est également à distance de marche.

Profitez de tous les luxes de la maison. Tout au long de cette villa, vous trouverez de beaux sols en calcaire poli et de belles œuvres d'art. Le rez-de-chaussée a CINQ portes-fenêtres qui permettent à la belle brise des Caraïbes de souffler à travers la villa. Il y a aussi une zone en contrebas qui contient le salon avec un écran plat couleur T. V. et deux lecteurs DVD (américain et mexicain), des DVD, des CD et un bar. Le bar sépare le salon et la salle à manger. Cuisine conçue sur mesure avec des comptoirs en granit, un comptoir de petit-déjeuner, des appareils électroménagers plus récents, des ustensiles de cuisine et des ustensiles. Salle de bain complète située au rez-de-chaussée et une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse, petite glacière, sac d'épicerie à roulettes, une planche de bodyboard et deux chaises de plage.

Profitez de ce climat parfait et BBQ vos repas à l'extérieur sur le grill Weber fourni et profitez de vos repas sur la terrasse privée avec accès aux terrains communs.

Le deuxième étage a deux chambres de maître avec lits king-size et une troisième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres ont leur propre terrasse extérieure et salle de bain complète. La salle de bains des enfants possède même une baignoire à jets.

Un court de tennis privé et une piscine sont également au sein de notre communauté. La piscine a des chaises longues et un Palapa avec des sièges. Il y a aussi le wifi disponible juste au cas où vous voudriez "aller en direct" sur Facebook et rendre jaloux tous vos amis et votre famille de votre position.

Perfect family base

This is a beautiful house in great condition. Close to the beach and easy walk downtown, with everything needed to set up a home base. The pool is quiet and relaxing. Tara was extremely helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Playacar Phase II

This Playacar Phase II is a great place to stay. This house we stayed in was close the main gate so walking distance to Playa del Carmen shops and restuarants was not far. The distance to the beach was also a short distance (5 min walk).

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Elena.The property managers were really helpful and even helped us order a pizza .The private pool was very clean and well maintained.The ocean was beautiful and everything was so close we didn't need to have a rental car or even ride a bus if we didn't want too.I would recommend this villa to anyone wishing to have a wonderful time in beautiful mexico.

The perfect place to stay!

This house is WONDERFUL! First, the location couldn't be better...You can walk everywhere you need to be...5 min to the beach, 5 min to shopping on 5th Avenue, 15-20 min to many unique restaurants that will make you very full, and happy! The people in Mexico are so friendly, and cheerful, they are fun to be around. Casa Elena is the BEST! there are 3 bedrooms with each having an en suite bathroom, plus there is also a full bath on the main floor. The bedrooms also all have their own balcony to sit on and relax, away from the whole gang at the house....6 ladies can make a lot of HAPPY NOISE!!! The kitchen is very modern, granite countertops, stainless appliances, lots of high grade pots and pans, good Cuisinart knives...we prepared many delicious meals in there...the grocery stores have great selections of fresh seafood, and beef , pork, and chicken, and so, so many fresh fruits and vegetables...Oh, and the bakery goods are unreal! They make their own tortilla shells, and there is fresh cactus cut up daily. Get some Pinterest recipes pulled up and ready to try out! We ate in the large dining area inside, and we also enjoyed the back patio where there is a large (seats 6) glass top table with comfy chairs. The evenings are so comfy with the palm plants all around the patio...feels like you are in the jungle....everything is so GREEN! There is a great little bar in the sunken lilving room. We always had "mood music" from the stereo that is well supplied with a variety of music from country to the blues! The weather was so nice we never did turn on the TV so never watched the huge selection of movies that line the entertainment area! Beach trips were a short walk away, we had 6 chairs with carrying straps, and a cooler for lunch. There is a boogie board to ride the waves, and plenty enough beach towels. I really enjoyed the very clean, LARGE pool just out our backdoor. Lots of lounge chairs, and shade is available when you need to get out of the wonderful SUN! Great place to read, and socialize with others you meet out there...we had travelers from Argentina, Guatemala, London, Canada, plus the USA! Tara and Luis, the managers, are tireless, and respond cheerfully to all our questions and sometimes just stopped by to see if we needed anything...gotta LOVE 'em! Thanks You Two! I can't say enough good things about Casa Elena as a PERFECT PLACE TO STAY in MEXICO! Try it...You'll LOVE IT!

Ginny, We are so happy you enjoyed our home and Playa del Carmen. I hope "The Ladies Group" keep us in mind for any future trips. We absolutely love sharing our home with people. We too, are still exploring all the areas around here. We went to the Jardin of Eden cenote yesterday and ended up swimming there most of the day. Incredible Time, Incredible House

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Elena, it was my wife and I and another couple and the two master suites were great! Everything at the house is just as advertised and we had a wonderful stay! Tara was incredible and so nice throughout our visit, one of the hair dryers went out and there was another one on the kitchen counter within an hour, great service. The location is absolutely perfect. the walk to the beach was under 5 minutes and so was 5th avenue! We were able to walk anywhere in Playa from the house. The house included all the amenities, including beach chairs that were awesome. I cannot say enough about the stay at the house, it really was beautiful! Thank you all for the incredible long weekend we had!!!

Case Elena is a lovely spot to holiday. Perfect location and the villa is a comfortable place to unwind. Pool is quiet and clean. Tara and Luis are such nice people- true gems, really. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Playa del Carmen Stay

The property was as advertised. It was very clean and also nicely stocked when we arrived. This is something we have struggled with at other properties. They had a nice welcome letter, a bottle of wine and flowers waiting for us when we arrived. The communication was excellent. The location was very convenient. Within five minutes you are at the beach or on the main shopping streets in Playa. Only minutes from Xcaret and about 45 minutes from Tulum. The property location is great. The area was quiet and the pool was nice. We will certainly look at going back to this property.

Great rental with all the amenities of home!

The property is well maintained and includes just about everything you would want. The kitchen even includes spices! Beach chairs and carts for groceries were nice to have. Tara, the property manager, was very pleasant, helpful, accessible and had answers for all our questions. Access to the beach is thru ruins across the street which were a bit challenging for someone with balance challenges but otherwise only a 10-15 minute walk. Downtown Playa and a number very good restaurants were also within walking distance. Very convenient location. The owners provided excellent maps and recommendations. Only suggestion would be to ask Tara about the trick with faster hot water for showers. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Excellent location

We just returned from 2 weeks at this lovely property. We are a family of 2 parents, 2 kids and 2 grandparents. It was an excellent set up for us, with 2 main bedrooms each with a king and the kids had a twin each. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. It is situated really well because it’s easy access to everything but it’s away enough that you get quiet and peace. The beach access is easy and the house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, a boogie board and even some sand toys. It’s a gated community with a guard ensuring only people who should be there get in so we felt very safe the whole time. Tara and Luis were fantastic. Very attentive and there quickly to address any concerns. Tara had good advice for us on excursions and restaurants etc! She checked in regularly to ensure we had what we needed. The grounds were nice too. The pool is quiet cool but a welcome temperature at the end of a long day of heat. The property and grounds were clean and well maintained. We had a great time!

Well maintained home in a beautiful setting

The owners and managers were extremely helpful. The home is in a gated community and was very safe. The home is in wonderful shape and is well furnished with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this property.

Great home for ladies trip

We had a group of 6 friends stay in Casa Elena 2/2-2/9/19. The owners, Elena & Keith, were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The property managers, Tara & Luis, provided the best rental experience we ever had. They arranged transportation to and from the airport, and for a trip to Akumel and Tulum, and they pre-stocked the house with food and drinks for us. They checked in a few times while we were there and responded right away to any questions we had. The house is spacious and super clean. We used the beach towels, chairs, coolers and tote bags that were provided. The 5 minute walk to the beach and to 5th avenue were super convenient. A few small issues we found: The bedroom air conditioners blew directly on 1 side of the bed, so it was hard to get the temperature just right for 2 people. Extra pillows and blankets would have been nice-I know we should have asked, but only remembered in the middle of the night. The furniture around the pool could use some TLC, as well as the area around the pool. We had great weather and went to the beach most days anyway, so it was not much of an issue. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Casa Elena and would highly recommend the house to anyone.

Great house fantastic location

We just stayed six nights and it was great. This is a clean bright house. Wifi works great , beach is 5 minutes away and it is a nice walking area reminds me of Carmel by the Sea. The owners Keith and Elena are great. They responded quickly to all questions. Tara the person that greeted us was fantastic easy to contact and able to help us or direct us for anything Playa Del Carmen. Strongly recommend this place. It is 5 minutes from everything central if you want to visit Cozumel, Akumal, Tulum, Coba, Cancun they are all about 1 hour drive or ferry away. Also want to mention the transport service they offer is also fantastic. We had Alberto and Pavel both were great. We also did private tour with them and that is the best way to go when you are 4 or more. You get to go places that is not jammed with tourists. They will bring you to popular sights but can also bring you to quite local spots etc. Thanks again Keith, Elena and Tara

Shoot me an email and let me know if there is anything I can improve in the home. Did I not have something in the kitchen that you missed having at home? Did you need/find the First Aid kit? Great location. Great home.

I stayed there with my family and the house was beautiful! The pool was the practically in the back yard and we were the only ones in it during our whole visit. The beach was only about a 5 minute walk and was gorgeous. Also, tons of shopping and restaurants were within walking distance as well. We did not have a rental car and did not need one. Tara, the property manager was a great help. She even helped us order pizza one day. I will definitely return. This was our first trip out of the USA and it was a great experience! I can’t wait to go back. If you want authentic food, you will find it. For those picky eaters (like my kids) there was McDonalds, Domino’s, Krispy Kreme, so you will definitely have the best of both worlds. I’m so glad we didn’t stay in a resort. This was perfect!!

We have lived all around the world and we fell in love with Playa del Carmen. We have looked all over for a retirement home and we finally found it to spend our winters and escape the cold weather; for now, we are happy to share this home with others. The beautiful white beaches and blue Caribbean waters of Playa del Carmen are mesmerizing. Playa offers so many options too. Cancun International Airport is only a 40 minute ride and Cozumel is an easy 40 minute ferry ride. The ferry is even within walking distance. Everything is within walking distance if you don't have a vehicle. If you want to rent a vehicle, there is a rental car location right outside of the Playacar gate.
