Beautiful Home

Incredible home and property management team. 24/7 security. Seaweed was significant on the beach for the week of our stay. We hope to return when this is not in season to enjoy pool and beach.

This house is even better than the pictures. Great view of the beach. Quick walk to town. Plenty of room for a large family. Jessie and Susan were quick with questions and any issues we had. Would stay here again.

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning oceanfront property. Beautiful views from the main living/dining and master bedroom. Everything was clean and communication was excellent. Jessie was there to welcome us and show us around. She was also accessible when we had questions. It was within walking distance to anything you need. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Beautiful home on the beach, with private pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Glenn. Communication with our property manager was easy and efficient - she even recommended delivery food services and chef during our stay. The location of the home is wonderful. Within walking distance of 5th Ave and in a gated community. It is about a 7 minute walk to a taxi stand (good to know if you have people who don't walk far). The beach is fantastic and the pool was key to a perfect day! A great place to stay with families.

Breathtaking!

The home is as beautiful as the pictures. From the moment you open the doors and see the pool and ocean we just gasped! The layout of the home is wonderful as you could hardly tell if someone was up and stirring. The security felt good and a short walk into town. Wonderful experience!

Just remodeled

The house was just remodeled and was even better than the pictures. We didn’t want to leave. Location was perfect, felt safe and used the grocery delivery quite a bit and cooked a lot with family. We all enjoyed watching the birds and capybara. We took the ferry to Cozumel and went to Xcaret which is a short ride. The view is stunning. Only disappointment was there was no grill and no shampoo or body wash in the shower as anticipated. I don’t think anyone could be disappointed staying here. It actually had 4.5 baths, one in every bedroom, 4 king beds and one queen. Water had a sulfur smell at first but cleared up.

The Most Amazing House

We absolutely loved Casa Glenn! The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. It is walking distance to everything you need (e.g., convenient stores, groceries, restaurants, shopping). This house is right on the beach. We got up every morning, watched the sunrise from the patio with coffee, and then hit the beach -- all right outside the back door! Everyone was so helpful and kind (thank you, Susan, Susan, and Jessie!). One issue of note: you might notice a sulfur smell when running water (e.g., showers) the first few days of your trip. It's not the house; it's the type of seaweed in the area. The smell goes away after the first day or two so don't worry. The house is absolutely spectacular and has everything you need. We would absolutely book this house again. We had an absolutely blast in Playa. So relaxing and beautiful. Five stars!

Our favorite visit to Playa yet!

My husband and I love that area and this was our fourth time there. As we were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary we wanted things to be extra special and boy did this house fit the bill! The updates are beautiful and the location cannot be beat! We traveled with our 13 year old son and 2 senior friends. Everyone said this was THE most amazing trip ever! I can honestly say that in all our years together, I have never seen my husband more relaxed! Aside from being on the beach and close to town, it’s super easy to get to the ferry and head to Cozumel. I do have to say that Jessie, who was managing the property during our stay, was unbelievably awesome! She helped with everything from making sure we got pizza delivered, to getting a team of ladies out to give us massages. Then there were her chef recommendations. Just wow. We selected Chef Moti and had an amazing meal! If you visit, I highly recommend you get his contact information! The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy your time. The only downside was having to leave. I can’t recommend this house and staff enough. We look forward to returning!

Five-Star, Unbelievable getaway to Playa Del Carmen

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Glenn in Playa Del Carmen, and it was nothing short of magical! The group included two families including 5 kids ages 6-14. This stunning property is located in the serene Playacar Phase 1, and we couldn't have asked for a better spot. The house is literally just five steps from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico—waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach right at our doorstep was a dream come true. The recent renovations are impressive; the upgraded appliances and chic decor make the space feel both luxurious and welcoming. We shopped at Walmart for most of our food and drinks - only a short cab ride away or delivered to the house. The water supply has a very strong sulfur odor which is at no fault of the property- just be aware as it took a day or two to get used to the smell. What truly sets Casa Glenn apart is the fantastic management company. They were attentive and responsive, ensuring that our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Any questions or needs we had were promptly addressed, making us feel well taken care of throughout our visit. Our stay was slightly impacted by Hurricane Helene and Jenny was quick to check on us and the property to ensure we were safe and all was well. If you're looking for a perfect getaway spot in Playa Del Carmen, I highly recommend Casa Glenn. It’s an idyllic retreat that offers the perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. I can't wait to return!

Fantastic trip!

My wife and I have been visiting Playa Del Carmen 3 to 4 times a year for 15 years. Over the Years we have rented dozens of homes in the playacar gated community because the beaches are fantastic and the neighborhood is safe. Casa Glen is our favorite home so far, it’s has an incredible location right on the beach with a fantastic pool and patio area. The home is well appointed, spacious and immaculate with giant sliding doors that opens up the entire back of the house to the ocean. The property manager met us at the house and went through everything so we felt comfortable immediately. We had one minor problem with the security box but the property manager was very responsive and the problem was fixed within minutes. We will definitely be back to Casa Glen!

Location, location, location! Safe, private, close to everything, incredible beach and very functional home. HIghly recommended for families, the pool right in front of the ocean is a really nice feature as well. Beth, the recommended chef from our property manager was amazing too, highly recommended!
