Private transfer from Apt Fiumicino or Ciampino to the property € 35 per car maximum 4 people, € 50 per car maximum 7 people. Nightly supplement (20:00 - 07:00) of 20%. Transfer to the city center (Colosseum or Vatican) from the villa € 50 per car maximum 7 people.

It is not allowed to make noise or music at high volume after 10:00 p.m.

Basement: large room of 70sqm with fireplace and elegant space with projector and screen. The basement is communicating internally from the villa with an elegant and comfortable staircase. Recommended for lunches or dinners in winter or autumn or as a work area for training or update courses.

Ground floor: entrance with hallway for living room of 80sqm, kitchen and independent sleeping area composed of 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom (Jacuzzi and shower) and another double bedroom with external bathroom (shower).

The living room has a large dining corner for 10 people and a TV area with 2 sofas for 6 people. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace in front of the pool which can accommodate up to 50 people for lunch or dinner events.

The kitchen is equipped with all household appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and water machine) and a table for up to 6 people.

First floor: from the hallway access to two wings of the villa which can be made independent by closing an internal door. On the right there are 3 bedrooms of which 1 double bedroom in the mansard with private bathroom (bathtub) and 2 more double bedrooms with an external bathroom (shower and bathtub). In front of the stairs there is a double bedroom with private bathroom (bathtub). On the left there is a bedroom with a small double bed, and a double bedroom with a large mansard. To complete the left wing there is a bathroom with bathtub and shower.

All bedrooms are equipped with mini-bar, 32° TV and wifi internet.

The bathrooms are equipped with a bathroom courtesy set consisting of shampoo and bath foam with disposable soap from the Natural line from London.
The external part of the villa has a garden beside the swimming pool and large outdoor terraces with a cooking area with barbecue, stove, fridge and sink that make the area very useful and distinctive for dinners or lunches by the pool or on the terrace.

The main gate can be accessed by car and there are 2 indoor parking spaces available.
