The listing was accurate and we really enjoyed the location. It’s nice to be on the canal..quiet and calm. The beach is very nearby. We stayed in the top unit as we read that the walls are thin, I preferred to be upstairs for the potential of noisy foot steps. We were the only guests for our time there so it didn’t ultimately matter. The walls being thin seems to be standard for construction in the area. There just isn’t a need for insulation given the year round temperatures. We found the bed in the primary to be very comfortable. Overall it was as expected and a very comfortable stay.

The host was welcoming, amenities as advertised. Approximately 1mike to grocery store and coffee shop. The beach was only a few blocks away. Airport was a short uber ride. Will be back

Weekend getaway

Very comfortable and clean with wonderful views of the water and only a short walk to the beach. Far enough from the beach and restaurants to enjoy quiet and feel safer.

Absolutely horrible stay. Under construction the entire stay. Saws going hammering, dirty floor, .i was extremely upset and sad because it was my sons wedding and no rest. Garage parking was blocked, water shut off.. complete nightmare. And no compensation of any real apology.. we are beyond upset with this rental.

Great location!

We had a great time staying here. It was clean, easy to get to from the airport and ready to walk to the beach. It has a great view of the boat canal. Overall a great place. I would come back.

Great location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great location, quick walk to beach and close to restaurants. The unit was cute and spacious, with a a nice kitchen. However, for the price point, I think some of the furnishings should be updated and the patio could use some attention/remodeling.

Property is as described. Property management was very responsive. Did a day trip to Disneyland not to far away. Beach and all the conveniences very close by.

Relaxing and convenient location

Condo was as described. The beds were comfortable and location was very convenient. I do think the patio furniture could use some new cushions and rugs could be cleaned. Overall I would stay here again, kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Loved the easy access to the beach.

Perfect for a family of seven!

The condo was so inviting and clean! We enjoyed making meals and enjoying them in the dining room overlooking the canal. Walk to the beach was quick and easy! Beds were comfortable. If we visit Newport Beach again we will be coming back to your perfect place!
