Great property for a variety of ages. The hot tub was a hit with our crew. The room options and layout of the house made for a wonderful family get together. Close to light rail that we used to visit Seattle waterfront and take in a baseball game.
Close to airport, but noisy and floors still wet when we arrived
Perk: Close to airport. Lots of fans.
Con: We didnt check in till after six and the cleaning lady was still there. When we went in the floors were still wet. Heard airplanes ever 5 minutes.
Would not stay here again.
This rental was advertised as event friendly and sleeps eleven. I booked for six, 1day only for a small birthday party. Owner messaged the day before arrival asking if I had plans to have more than six guests, I explained that only 5 would stay overnight, but a few guests may come by to grab cake and sing happy birthday. I was told that they had changed there policies âdue to complaints in the areaâ, one day rentals were not allowed and refunded half of what I paid. These guys are questionable, do not book with them, especially if your from out of town.
Had a nice relaxing time with my family & friends. Hot tubbing, watching the airplanes come in. Nice kitchen and yard. Some of the comforters & curtains were stained but house was clean & cozy. Enjoyed myself.
Our stay was cozy and pretty comfortable. There definitely is airplane noise all hours but does settle down some while sleeping. If youâre a light sleeper I do recommend some kind of white noise machine. Otherwise, there was a nice view of the golf course and quiet neighborhood. It was a great location to easily get around to stores, gas and downtown.
I messaged the property owner multiple times and was only ever able to get a response each time weeks later after emailing VRBO customer service to complain. We didn't get check-in information until the day before, and I don't know if we wouldn't have gotten it at all if I hadn't tried as hard as I did to get a response.
I originally booked the property to host a holiday party, as the listing said "Events Allowed." The host eventually responded to me 8 days after I booked telling me that events were not, in fact, allowed. They did not however respond to my message notifying them that their listing states that events are allowed, and as of the time of this review their listing still says that events are allowed.
The house itself was fine, but the lack of communication from the host makes it hard for me to recommend this property.
In town for a HS lacrosse camp in Tukwila. Location was great excellent. Close to the facility and close enough to drive to Seattle city center in the evening. The house was comfortable and good space for a couple of nights. We opted for a house instead of hotel so we could cook. Kitchen had the basic spices etc which was nice. Might need a few more basic kitchen utensils if you plan to cook. No A/C but fans provided.
Lower ratings on the check in and communications since we didnât get access info until immediately before check in time and had to reach out multiple times which was a little stressful.
Good space for a large group with pets & nice yard. Definitely lots of airport noise. Would recommend driving into downtown as transit makes for a long journey, and getting into downtown was very easy. Neighborhood was a bit older/ rougher than we expected.
Two older couples had an 8 am flight and needed to turn in a car rental. We were happy with this choice. I was a little put-off by electric fans in every room, but we were not uncomfortably warn. I understand that A/C is not a necessity in Seattle as it is where I live. There were 3 bedrooms and bunk beds, so would be great for a family, too.
Great location near the airport, clean house with backyard on golf course. Easy access to SEATAC. Some noise from aircraft landings/departures may bother some people, but we had no issues.
The house was really nice and in great proximity to the airport and downtown. Everything was only a short Uber ride away. The beds were very comfortable!!! It was well stocked with plenty of extra linens!!!
If youâre jumping off a long haul flight or at the end of a long road trip this is the perfect place to stay. Easy to get to from SeaTac and close to the main routes.
Our family of 6 had plenty of room, the kitchen was well equipped with a coffee machine to die for and the beds are comfy.
The airplanes do fly low overhead but itâs not unbearable and then there is the rain.....which is.
Great house awesome fenced yard backing golf course
This was a great choice close to the airport and awesome fenced yard for dogs! House was clean set up with all your wants and even a Keurig with coffee pods stocked! The host was very responsive and hospitable!
