Great location- acâs worked great, comfy beds, nice family room, nice bathrooms and showers. There are stairs to this apt so keep in mind when you are bringing luggage. Kitchen is a bit sparse on utensils and they were 30 minutes late to check us in, that was frustrating since we traveled so far, little sleep, and our driver was in contact with them as soon as he picked us up. Overall would stay again
The apartment is in a great location near restaurants in Trastavere and close to the Tiber River to be able to walk to the main sights in Rome within a 30 minute walk. The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of room for luggage. The showers in both of the bathrooms were really nice. The host was extremely responsive to all of my questions and the check in process was very quick and easy.
Great location. Had everything we needed for our stay. There was a small plumbing issue which was fixed faster than I thought possible with zero interruption to our holiday plans. Great communication.
A wonderful location and a great apartment. It was very quiet at night too, although it was in a great, lively neighbourhood. Touristy, but within a short walk to quieter local restaurants.
Neighborhood is basically surrounded by restaurants and shops. Evening into night the action picks up and brings a great atmosphere.
Location is great and all the main attractions are very walkable.
We absolutely loved the apartment and this area of Rome. The apartment is very well located, clean and comfortable, and has so much character and charm. We would love to return!
This quirky apartment is perfectly located in a picturesque Trastevere laneway, with easy access to restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. The apartment is uniquely decorated and laid out but has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Check in and communication was easy and responsive.
We really enjoyed the apartment. So much better than a hotel because our son could have his own space. We loved having a kitchen so we could make breakfast as there are not too many restaurants open for an early morning breakfast.
We loved the fun decor of this apartment! It is conveniently located near many restaurants, and walking distance to many attractions. The host was easy to communicate with. We were travelling with another couple, and we stayed in the second bedroom. The platform that the bed is on is not safe. It has two black steps down to the white floor. The 'silver' stair edging is missing on most of the top step, making it very difficult to distinguish at night. My husband tripped, falling down the steps, injuring his arm and back. Aside from that, the apartment has everything you need for a great stay.
The location of the property was perfect and the size of it was very good and spacious and we enjoyed the quirky decor. Only thing I would say is that the sofas and chairs were grubby and needed properly cleaning as the place is obviously well used. The lighting was poor, particularly in the lounge room and whilst there was plenty of equipment ( orange juicers etc) there was very little in the way of cutlery. eg only 3 teaspoons, 3 wine glasses. Also it would have been nice to have a few cleaning cloths and surface cleaning stuff. ( I bought all these basics in the end for an 2 week stay. All of these things are easily solved. However it did not detract from our wonderful stay in Rome, one of our lasting memories will be how very polite, helpful and friendly were the people.
We stayed the first week of November in this apartment, and really enjoyed our stay. The decor is unique and light-hearted and consistent with the pictures. The only surprise is that the doors throughout (from the entrance and between the rooms) are quite narrow and short! So anyone who is close to 6' tall will need to get in the habit of ducking down. That said, the apartment is sufficiently equipped for 4 people, and it's great to have an actual living space with kitchen in the city of Rome. The neighborhood of Trastevere is fun with numerous restaurant and shopping choices, and we always felt very safe. This apartment is a great base from which to explore Rome - all the city center monuments and historical sites are within a 20-30 minute walk. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.
