Reaching the house is a journey in itself: to access this secluded retreat, you'll travel through a 2 km stretch of forest, enhancing the feeling of being truly immersed in nature. The property is surrounded by 5000 square meters of fenced garden, featuring typical plants and flowers. A ping pong table, a foosball table and a bocce court are also available, and on the other side of the garden there is a swing for children. Next to the house, there is a barbecue, always available, and a wood-fired oven, ideal for pizza cooking classes (it can only be used on request and with a professional chef).

The panoramic swimming pool measures about 11x6 m with a variable depth from 1.20 m to 2.50 m and has salt depuration. The pool area is equipped with umbrellas, sun beds, and sun lounges.

Parking for 4-5 cars is available. Please note that the access road can be challenging but is manageable for most vehicles. We recommend driving cars with good traction and avoiding low-height or sports cars.
