Great cottage for our long weekend in Norfolk with plenty of room for us and our dog. The local cookies and apple juice were a nice touch and our dog enjoyed the treats! Good location for visiting the local towns and beaches.

Vine cottage stay

Beautiful cottage in a lovely central location for all seaside towns. The cottage was comfortable and plenty of room for 2 adults and one dog, we thoroughly enjoyed our week at vine cottage and would certainly visit again.

Rose Cottage should be called Rose Haven! What a beautiful, well thought-through property. The living room is cosy and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. As for the bed, that is the best 3 nights sleep I have ever had, and definitely the best property I have stayed in. The garden is secure and the heated conservatory is a lovely treat to sit in and watch the storm. Fakenham, Holt, Sheringham, Cromer and Blakeney are all a short drive away and are very dog friendly. It was the perfect break I didn’t know I needed. Karen is amazing and I know she would do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Relaxing time out

Lovely cottage in a beautiful area plenty of places to explore - great relaxing escape from the normal hectic pace. Dogs loved it too!

Vine cottage

A comfortable cottage in a good position for exploring north Norfolk. Lovely walks and beaches all within a 45 minute journey, and we enjoyed visiting Blickling house and Holkham hall on the cooler days.

We had a wonderful holiday in Vine Cottage. Karen and Andy are great hosts and the cottage is in a perfect location for exploring north Norfolk. The cottage is very comfortable and clean and also has lots of character. We would definitely stay at Vine cottage again.

Lovely cosy property in a very pretty village. Great location near to beautiful beaches and nature reserves. Dogs had a great time as well and the enclosed garden was perfect for them. Excellent communication from the friendly owners , we had no problems during our stay but I’m very confident any concerns would have been dealt with immediately. Thank you !

Charming rural retreat with good facilities

We had a lovely time at Vine Cottage. The listed cottage is pretty and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the private garden is an asset, especially for dogs. The communal parking area is well organised with picnic benches and a washing line. Karen is an excellent host who goes out of her way to make sure her guests are happy.

Visit to Norfolk. Vine cottage was absolutely stunning, immaculate, quality furnishings with personal touches to make it feel like home. Quiet with parking. Ideal location for exploring the whole area. Karen was easy to contact, and was great with communication . Will definitely visit again. Highly recommend, Clevency Cottages.

Lovely week in traditional cottage in Great Snoring. Private secure little garden which our dog loved. Norfolks amazing beaches within a 20 minute drive. Communication with host excellent and also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Biscuits and dog treats a lovely touch. Thank you. 😀

A lovely stay

A delightful cottage. The host welcomed us with fresh flowers, wine, biscuits and treats for the dogs which was very much appreciated. The cottage was well presented and Karen had gone to a great deal of trouble to supply us with local information, things to do, where to go, all the dog friendly beaches and walks. She was on hand should any problem arise and was extremely helpful making sure we were settled in. If planning a visit to Norfolk I'd highly recommend a stay here. It was lovely.

LOVELY COTTAGE

Lovely cottage with all the equipment we needed and a very comfortable bed. Own parking space. Nice conservatory which is a bonus to watch the evening sun when the day is chilly. Within easy reach of the north Norfolk coast and all at a very reasonable price with a discount for booking a whole week. Hope to be back.

Cosy cottage

The cottage was so cosy, had everything you would need. Location was excellent, in a very quiet village. Totally relaxing place with the added bonus of a garden and parking. The hosts were so lovely, with lots of knowledge of the area. Had the best week away.

Beautiful cottage

Beautiful cottage, cosy and quaint set in a quiet village with lots to do in surroundings areas. Lovely welcome gifts for host-nice touch. Only downside is the shower/bath - very hard to have either. If this was sorted it would be great.
