The surrounding countryside is simply stunning and the area is known as North Norfolkâs Deep History Coast following the amazing archeological finds in the region. The beach at low tide is always a wonderful walk whatever the weather (correct clothing may be needed in the colder months !). On a well established migration route for many birds the area is a must for those interested In nature. This summer we have been lucky to spot some bee eaters. Our house is designed for easy living in a great location.
Great home from home. Clean, tidy and very well equipped.Fantastic location close to all local amenities. 5 minute walk to railway station and theatre. 10 minute stroll to the beachfront.
This place was amazing everything about this property was great , it was so near everything ie Beach high street restaurants and the big Tesco Sue the host was very good at communicating and check in was great . Even got parked right outside , our dog loved it too and the weather was kind to us . Would definitely come back
I enjoyed staying in this cozy house. It's very close from the station, shops and beach. Everything you need to live is ready and easy to use. I liked a little bit of marine touch like shells and pebbles. I would definitely recommend to everyone!
We had a lovely short break here. The house is very well set up for a holiday stay, and the location is convenient for all of Sheringham's attractions.
I can confirm all the excellent reviews; lovely spacious house, well-appointed and comfortable with everything you need. Very quiet even though only 1 minute walk from the high street and about 10 minutes from the sea front. Parking could be an issue although we got lucky with spaces opening up outside just when we needed them. There is a big car park only a few minutes walk away if you need it as a backup plan; download the app and pay by the hour/day/week as you need. Would very happily book here again.
Our second stay at this cottage. Again excellent. We love the location so near the town centre and beach ideal for us to walk to both. Lovely and clean and well equipped. We hope to visit again. Thank you x
A true home from home place. Good quality furniture etc. Spotless. The only downside is having to find a car parking space nearby. This has not put us off staying there again in the future.
We stayed at no 14 for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed, we loved the private garden and enjoyed eating our breakfast outside, two bathrooms was a bonus and the fire stick for the tv was great. Sue was a super host who always replied promptly to any messages and was really accommodating with extra requests. We will definitely be back. Many thanks Lindsay and Simon
The cottage was lovely very clean. The location was excellent easy walking distance to toen centre and beach. Would definitely stay again. Good communication with host
Property as described. Fantastic communication with owner. Good location to enjoy walks to the beach with our son and dog . Would definitely recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage, just as advertised and finished to a high standard with everything you will need included.Would recommend and will return
The host was very helpful with our arrival and departure. House is ideally situated for the shops, and less than 10 minutes to seafront. We arrived by train, so no parking issues.
A non-slip mat for the bath and shower would be great as they are very slippery when wet, and a mention in the description that the stairs are wooden, not carpeted, would have helped me pack more suitable slippers. A lovely property.
We loved staying at Number 14. It had everything we needed and was in a great location close to everything in Sheringham. Even our golden retriever did not want to leave!
The house was lovely. It was very comfortable and had everything you could need. It was in a perfect location very close to the town and beach. Parking was a bit difficult but worked out okay in the end.
Decent sized property in a great location with no major parking issues. Property lacked some basic essentials one might expect (e.g., spare toilet rolls and basic cooking ingredients), but otherwise, happy. Of note, it would be better for all if the second bedroom had a small double bed to accommodate 4 guests.
Apart from the weather, everything about our stay was excellent. Good communication with the host, facilities and equipment more than adequate, proximity to shops, restaurants and sea was a bonus.
