kitchen, two gardens and parking.
The units are equipped with accessories such as internet, air conditioning, safe and private surveillance, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, parking. Small pets are allowed.

The holiday homes with garden in the luxury complex Perla Saracena are six and on the ground floor. Each unit accommodates up to 4 guests, is independent and soundproofed, so privacy and tranquillity are guaranteed.
The holiday home has two gardens, the first with sofas surrounded by vegatation while the other is with porch and dining table.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom with 4k smart tv and satellite decoder. Moreover, there is a design ensuite bathroom with chromotherapy shower, cervical massage, nebulization and ionized stream.

and design gems. The hotel is 300 meters away from the beach, in one of the most loved tourist destinations on the Ionian coast: Torre Pali, near Salve, in southern Salento.
In Perla Saracena Luxury Suite & Hotel there is a panoramic restaurant and a rooftop with swimming pool and bar, ideal if you want to enjoy exceptional sunsets. The suites, rooms and holiday homes are independent, some with beautiful outdoor equipped areas.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 12pm to 12am) and check-out (from 5.00 am to 11am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of bed linen, each 4 days.
- Change of bath linen, each 2 days.
- Tidying up of accommodation for day.
- Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00.
- Shared Pool available.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Possible Half-Board service at the Hotel Restaurant.
- The dry-stone wall by the street is 70 cm high.
