Moderate satisfaction. Positives - clean, roomy, and great location. Negatives - amenities few and far between. Rental located across from beach and no beach towels provided. Traveling by flight does not provide convenience for carrying towels. We had to purchase beach towels that we no longer need upon vacation end. Very little supplied paper towels and toilet paper. 1 coffee pod - we had to purchase more. Amenity listed hair dryer. There was no hair dryer. We had to purchase. Communication was terrible. The phone numbers listed to resolve such items (i.e. hair dryer) which was boasted as to provide any help needed, failed. We called 6 times, only to be put on hold and described as first caller in queue, to wait 10 more minutes, then to be told that agents were to busy and to call back or leave a callback number. Exact same sequence on all 6 calls. The 6th call, we opted for call back. While the call back # was verified, we never got a callback. Site boasted about coupons/discounts. There was 1 coupon for 50% discount for beach chair and umbrella rental. There were 4 of us. We found out that the coupon was good for only 2. The site knew there were 4 individuals renting - should provide the discount for all renters. When we rented the beach chairs/umbrellas, we found that the coupon did not apply to the area across from our rental, but further down the beach. Bad communication, bad use of discount.
