Doté de deux chambres doubles dans la 2ème chambre et d'un roi dans la chambre principale, cette unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had several units for a family member's wedding in the area. Truly enjoyed our stay, the only thing is that the unit itself should have better cleaning prior to our arrival. Otherwise it was terrific.

Great Location/Needs Darker Curtains

This location is amazing! Sit on your balcony and watch the sun rise over the beach! It's right across the street from the private beach area. Check in process was a breeze. They simply texted me everything I needed to know in order to stay. Place was as stated. The only thing I could have asked for was a welcome/starter pack for the kitchen which would include dish soap, dishwasher soap, and trash bags. Many other locations in the area have this. Also, I wish that there was darker curtains on the windows as there was light coming in throughout the night which made it hard to sleep. Oh, and if the property would actually tell you WHERE the trash cans are located so you could actually take your trash out, that would be great! We drove around for a bit trying to find one. Has a full coffee pot which is a must for our vacations! Ice and water in the fridge was a nice perk that got used a lot. Could use some additional pots and pans. We did a lot of cooking and had to tweak some things because of limited cooking options. We will definitely look at staying here again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Moderate satisfaction. Positives - clean, roomy, and great location. Negatives - amenities few and far between. Rental located across from beach and no beach towels provided. Traveling by flight does not provide convenience for carrying towels. We had to purchase beach towels that we no longer need upon vacation end. Very little supplied paper towels and toilet paper. 1 coffee pod - we had to purchase more. Amenity listed hair dryer. There was no hair dryer. We had to purchase. Communication was terrible. The phone numbers listed to resolve such items (i.e. hair dryer) which was boasted as to provide any help needed, failed. We called 6 times, only to be put on hold and described as first caller in queue, to wait 10 more minutes, then to be told that agents were to busy and to call back or leave a callback number. Exact same sequence on all 6 calls. The 6th call, we opted for call back. While the call back # was verified, we never got a callback. Site boasted about coupons/discounts. There was 1 coupon for 50% discount for beach chair and umbrella rental. There were 4 of us. We found out that the coupon was good for only 2. The site knew there were 4 individuals renting - should provide the discount for all renters. When we rented the beach chairs/umbrellas, we found that the coupon did not apply to the area across from our rental, but further down the beach. Bad communication, bad use of discount.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the view from this rental, and how close it is to the beach. When we arrived, there were no kitchen supplies such as oven mitts, oven dishes or even salt. One day there was water coming down the wall. Maintenance did arrive quickly and took care of it. The garbage disposal exploded, and there was water all over the floor. When my husband had to take everything out from under the sink to clean up the water, there was a broken clock that someone had put there face down. When he lifted it up all the glass fell out and shattered all over the floor. The kitchen sink Nozzle had a hole in the tube so that if you tried to lift it out to spray the sink water went everywhere. The master bathroom shower did not drain well. We did really enjoy the pool and the fitness room.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we noticed our unit had been smoked in. Smoke stains on master bedroom shower curtain, stain on ceiling above master bedroom tub. The unit was dusty I ended up having to wipe down the surfaces and dust frames on the walls. The bedding was dirty master bedroom comforter so old and dingy smelt like it had never been washed. The washing machine had dog hair in it. The seal on the balcony door is coming off causing air to come through the door. There is a hole behind the door in the 2nd bedroom. The walls and kitchen cabinets have scratches on them. The kitchen cabinet above microwave had a razor in it. The cabinets , appliances and drawers also smelt like smoke when opened. The ac filter looks like it hasn’t been replaced in a year causing dust on the ceilings and ceiling fans. I did call an report about the smell and I was told 3 times someone would come replace filter and they never did. I was very disappointed our unit was in this condition for what cleaning fee we were charged. The view of the ocean and the pool was the best part about our stay. I never do leave reviews but considering our experience we had I thought it was necessary!

Was very hot this time for September!! Prefer Bldg. B to bldg. A because of pool view.Our room 1005A had a smell that was very bad. Thought it was musty at first but might have been old smoke. Has to buy air freshners as soon as we arrived. When I got home had to wash all clothes I took because everything had that smell in it.Would have called management but figured there was nothing they could do at that point. Hope they correct smell for next guest.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed 5 nights. Very easy check in after working out an issue of when I was arriving. The unit is spacious, a bit dated, beds are not very comfortable but had plenty of bedding. Maybe a few more items for the kitchen-more utensils, knife with a sharpener, nice refrigerator, good storage. Black out curtains in the bed room would be a great addition.. it’s just an older unit that needs updates and there are several little things-door handle on the balcony is loose, the bath tub in the master doesn’t drain well.

Reviewer Comments: Pros... 1) Easy check in/check out process. 2) beautiful views of gulf coast Cons... 1)We didn’t cook meals in the kitchen, but wanted to heat leftovers one evening (in the oven instead of microwave), but noticed there was no baking sheets. 2) the dryer took forever to dry load of clothes; the lint trap also didn’t work great and left clumps of lint on our finished laundry. 3) Lots of dust/dirt under beds, couches, furniture and behind furniture. Overall, it met our needs for a vacation home on the beach for the week. Unsure if we will choose this place again.

Overall we had a great experience, facilities were good. Just a suggestion it would be great if you can have an emergency key for the bedrooms as we got one of the bedroom locked up from inside and we had to get help to open it.

Air filter needed to be changed, burned out light bulb, mold on shower curtain leaky faucet. Kitchen desperately needs to be restocked. The view was fantastic. Very safe, very convenient beach access. Overall property was clean. Enjoyable experience overall.
