• Pet Policy: We love our furry friends and family but this unit is not pet-friendly. We do however have plenty of pet-friendly suites that are!

• No Smoking: Breathe easy — this is a 100% smoke-free property, including balconies and all outdoor areas. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. Any evidence will result in immediate removal from the property, cancellation of the remainder of your stay, and additional cleaning and damage fees.
• Beach Towels: Sunshine? Check. Sand? Check. Towels? You'll need to bring or buy your own. Luckily, there are plenty of nearby shops with fun, colorful options you can snag for your stay (and maybe take home as a sandy little souvenir).
• Parking: Two parking passes are included with your stay — one for your guaranteed covered garage spot (steps from the elevator to your unit) and one for general resort parking. No extras are available, so plan accordingly. Trailers, oversized vehicles, and RVs aren't permitted — and trust us, you don't want to meet the towing company on vacation.
• Wristbands: Six wristbands are provided (one per guest) so you can access all the fun — pools, hot tubs, gym, and more. If a band goes missing or gets damaged, it's $10 if you tell us before check-out, $20 if we find out later.
• Starter Essentials: Skip the mad dash to the store — we've stocked a small starter pack to get you through your first night or two. • Noise Ordinance: Walton County has a strict noise ordinance in place. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, which means no loud music, parties, or noisy vehicles during this time. Violations can result in fines and may require you to vacate the property — and nobody wants their vacation cut short.
