We had a great stay at the lovely, Grove (Dogwood building) condominiums. We had everything we needed in the condo and the location was perfect. I do recommend renting a golf cart if you are staying more than a few days, for easier travel to and from the beach. We were able to park our golf cart right outside of Seascape’s hwy. 98 entrance in the public golf cart parking spaces. Our beach area is very close to Whale’s Tail- making it easy to grab a meal. The lazy river at The Grove is amazing! I would suggest bringing the floats for kids, as they were not available. This condo is modern, clean, matches the description perfectly, and the owner(s) were quick to respond. Will certainly return!

The golf cart tip and the parking spot near Seascape’s Hwy. 98 entrance are great advice for future guests, and we’re glad Whale’s Tail made mealtimes easy. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property is in good condition, very clean and calm, no rush. Once the trees grow up it can have more shaded places

The condo was beautiful, clean, with a great layout. It felt spacious and comfortable for our family of 5 adults. The pool and lazy river were wonderful. The only suggestion I have is that the listing states that the property was a 1 minute walk to the beach. This property is a part of a larger complex. The front buildings in the complex are a one minute walk to the beach. This condo was almost a mile to the beach with no paved walkway. There were options to drive and park, which we figured out, but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Still, we loved it and we will be back for sure!

Thank you for your comments. VRBO list "Miramar Beach" as 1 minute away. The Grove is IN Miramar Beach and they pull their information from mapping services. We have asked VRBO to change that. -We do state the walk is 7-10 minutes

Nicer than expected but with caveats

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brand new unit – lots of room – beautiful.Kitchen poorly appointed. No blender, hand mixer, food processor; a sad collection of knives. No plastic cups.Master bed&bath is huge; But no dresser. Closet is large, but only enough hangers for one person to hang some clothes. Living out of the suitcase bc there’s nowhere to put things. Plenty of space just not appointed well. Only 1 hook in the bathroom to hang towels, robes, wet bathing suits. You are at the beach – you need multiple places to hang things. There’s plenty of space on the bathroom walls to add this. Bath towels are toddler-sized. Only 1 outlet in the whole bathroom.Excited to see the coffee maker had everything available to make one pot of coffee upon our check-in... Except coffee filters.Pool & lazy river beautiful & we saw virtually no one there the week that we stayed. Only 1 pool float for lazy river was provided in our unit for 6 people. Nothing available at the pool. No pool towels available at the pool or in the unit. It’s hard to use a lazy river w/o a float of some sort.The beds were comfortable; single outlet on the wall. Bring a long charger. No additional bedding in unit – no comforters, throw blankets; can’t really snuggle up on the couch w/ a blanket or add additional blankets if needed during the night. Loved the reclining couches however only enough comfortable seating for 4. If we had brought 6 like the unit could fit, 2 people would be sitting on very uncomfortable WIRE chairs in the living room.Outdoor seating 1 small table and 4 very uncomfortable chairs. No furniture on balcony outside of master. Smaller bdrm had rug underneath bed, would be a great addition to master. Smaller bdrm had a sliding barn-style door to access the bath from the hallway. Great idea, except there was such a large gap between the wall and the door that the girls to shove a towel in the open space in order f

We really appreciate your suggestions about the kitchen, storage, and bathroom. Feedback like this helps us see the unit through our guests’ eyes. We’re shared these comments with the owner on adding more kitchen essentials, extra hangers and storage, and additional towel hooks. The towel size is standard for all units on the rental program. Pool floats are not provided. a previous guest may have left one in the unit. The management provides an initial condo set up which includes2 coffee pods. Additional coffee and filters are up to the guest to supply. We hope you’ll come back and see the improvements.
