Niché oh les pentes de Hualalai, Keauhou Hideaway est une retraite privée sur 2. 7 acres de végétation tropicale luxuriante. Le 'élévation 800 offre une vue spectaculaire sur la côte de Kona et assure des journées ensoleillées et des nuits fraîches.

Entièrement rénové en 2005 et 2012, le Hideaway est composé de 4 bâtiments distincts liés pour créer un délicieux parfait de la cour pour le petit déjeuner smoothies.

Les motifs tranquilles sont à la maison à la mangue, l'avocat, la figue, la papaye et les arbres d'agrumes. En outre, la vigne fruits de la passion, des bananes, des herbes et plus attendent votre découverte!

Java moineaux, pinsons, tourterelles, les cardinaux et les canaris vous réveillent avec leurs chansons. Un grand palais pour se détendre!

(Note: le bâtiment studio de propriétaires ne sont pas inclus dans les locaux de location. Ce bâtiment officiel est pas occupé lorsque le bien est loué.)

We had a fabulous time! The layout of the house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed walking around the property identifying all the plants. But the view was phenomenal, gorgeous sunsets and on the few clear nights we had, the stargazing was out of this world. I would definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to get back.

Best House on the Island

We loved our second stay here! The setup and location of this home is perfect. We had three couples and the separate bedrooms work perfectly and the shared space was great, but our favorite part is the view and outdoor area - it’s such a perfect place to sit and enjoy. We plan on coming back again because we love this place so much!

Beautiful property + accommodations

This is the second time we have stayed at the "Hideaway". It is a beautiful property. Very private and peaceful. There are 3 bedrooms detached from the main living area -- they provide privacy for everyone. The main living area is extremely comfortable. A decent kitchen, excellent BBQ and a beautiful deck/patio with a heated pool and hot tub. The views from the patio/deck and sunsets were spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Wonderful home, incredible view

Great place for our family of four. The view cannot be beat and the layout of the house was very fun — everyone had a lot of privacy and space. Well stocked with beach equipment and pool toys. Only a short drive to great snorkeling, good restaurants and lots of shops. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place for family vacation

This property was a good fit for our 3-generation holiday vacation. Each couple had their own bedroom with bathroom. The pool and hot tub were used almost each evening as we returned from sightseeing and touring the island. The location was a good midpoint for accessing many of the island attractions. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the home could have been better. The tile floors were dirty. I spilled water when filling ice trays and when I wiped it up with a paper towel it came up a dirty brown. We also noticed glasses in the cupboards were dusty/dirty and required washing prior to using. There appeared to be mold along the rim of the washing machine door. But overall, this home was a great fit for us and we enjoyed it immensely. I would definitely recommend to others.

amazing stay

Our family couldn't have had better accommodations on the Big Island; the property was peaceful, beautiful, and very comfortable for our family. The sunsets can't be beat. Our kids enjoyed the pool and loved learning about the fruit trees around the property. The rooms/kitchen were very clean and well stocked. We definitely hope to stay again on future visits to Kona, it made for a fantastic get-away.

This home is everything you’d want in a Hawaiian vacation home. Beautiful views, great pool and outdoor areas. Very comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in 2 of 3 bedrooms. Convenient to many different parts of the island. We’ll be back!

Great little hideaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was nice having separate rooms connected by a central courtyard - it certainly does not have a conventional layout and helped to make us feel like we were on vacation. All the amenities were there and the open layout helped accomodate everyone's different schedules. The fruit trees and gardens were marvelous and there was something magical about being able to eat papaya and limes harvested 5 minutes prior.

New Year's at the Hideaway

I recently stayed over New Year's with my husband, son and parents. We really enjoyed the view from the hideaway and family dinners on the lanai. The kitchen was well equipped. Stunning views of New Year's Eve fireworks all along the coast from the 800' elevation. We loved enjoying fresh fruit from the fruit trees and the property manager was very responsive to questions. We would stay at the Hideaway again!

Magical! Paradise found!

This property is truly special. The grounds, the views, the well stocked extras including generous use of beach gear and all that extra stuff you forget to grab from the store. As other reviewers have stated, pictures just can’t capture the lovely, fragrant grounds. Coffee by the pool, and sunsets on the lanai will forever be in my memory. Easy to get to so many activities, and the owners have kindly collected their favorites for your perusal. Book and enjoy!!

Spectacular sunsets

We really enjoyed our stay. The frogs at night can be loud so bring some earplugs. The pool was very clean as well as the hot tub and we really enjoyed the sunsets each night. The kitchen has all you will need to prepare meals. Everyone having their own room was a nice convenience as well. I will say the master bed could use an upgrade but again we really enjoyed our stay and it is convenient to the airport and the entire island is very accessible. Thanks again gracious hosts!

We live in Portland, Oregon most of the year, but love to escape to Kona during the mainland rainy season! We purchased this property as it spoke to our romantic nature...

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this property for it's tranquil setting, view and climate - which is awesome at this elevation. Though our renovation of the house(s) is well-appointed and modern, the surrounding neighborhood has a laid-back feel, with coffee growers on the hill, even a chocolate 'factory' nearby. And, if you get your fill of peace and relaxation, 'Civilization' is only a few minutes away...

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The Hideaway offers plenty of privacy, while still close and convenient to all amenities. Some of our guests compare it to staying at their own private spa!

The main house (with it's 3 separate 'cabanas' - each with it's own full bed & bath), surround a beautifully attended courtyard. On the surrounding grounds, we encourage our guests to explore the variety of lush foliage, flowers and trees. Also, retrieve fresh, ripe papaya, lime, and other fruits for a delicious tropical breakfast!
