Spoleto Villa, country home with large pool, beach games, outside kitchen

Beautifully situated and furnished 17th-century villa, 15 minutes drive from Spoleto, in the unspoiled countryside with wide views and absolute tranquillity. This is what Villa Spoleto has on offer.

The villa is surrounded by a park with a swimming pool, lawn, woodlands, and a small chapel. The garden has several terraces to choose from, each with excellent quality outside furniture. There is a playground with sand for beach volleyball/tennis/soccer, also lit in the evenings. There is a ping pong table underneath the pine trees.

In the garden is a wood-fired original oven used for pizza and bread, but one can cook whole meals in here, if capable. There is a barbecue by the pool and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a sink, a 3-burner stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher.

The swimming pool is 7 by 14 meters large and 1.30 to 1.80 meters deep. It is open from June to September.

The Spoleto villa sleeps 10 + 2, in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It is set up as follows:
The ground floor has a living/dining room with a fireplace, a sofa bed for one person, satellite TV, and direct access to the garden. Spacious dining kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and washing machine) leading to an outside terrace. There is one bedroom with two double beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bathroom is a few steps down from the bedroom.

The first floor has its own independent access via an external staircase but is also connected to the ground floor via an internal staircase. There is a sitting room with a fireplace, two armchairs, a sofa bed for two, and satellite TV. The dining room and kitchen area are less spacious than downstairs, but completely fitted (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and washing machine). One bedroom has a canopied double bed and a single bed, and the second bedroom has three single beds. In the corridor is the bathroom with a shower.

The villa is particularly suitable for a large family or two families travelling together. The two floors can be independent of one another. On top of the internal staircase is a small iron gate, making it more secure for smaller children.
